What a Croc

After the whole Nano incident had been dealt with, it is safe to say that it had ended in the best way possible. Although our heroes felt bad for shutting Nano down for good, he still posed a danger to them and everyone in the kingdom. It did not help that his father figure, who was now in jail where he rightfully belonged, was a terrible influence on the naive and impressionable robot. But as bad as our heroes felt about what they had to do to Nano, it was something that had to be done otherwise the consequences of leaving him to throw tantrums would leave the entire kingdom in ruins. Since then, our heroes have been granted the time to rest. Or at least that is what Mikey tried to do if it wasn't for the fact that Raph's snoring kept him from getting even a wink of sleep.

Ever since they'd returned to Vale, April has taken up residence in Mikey's bedroom, leaving the orange-masked turtle to bunk with Raph, which didn't seem so bad until Mikey found out just how loud his brother's snoring was. It's a miracle that Mikey could even get a decent night's sleep as Raph's snoring kept him awake throughout the night. Leaving him tossing and turning as he attempts to use his pillow to muffle the sound but to no avail. Eventually, Mikey found himself having had just about enough of it as he looked up at Raph asleep in his hammock and yelled:

Mikey: "Hey, shell for brains, can you keep it down"?! "There are some people in Vacuo who are trying to sleep"!

He complained before hurling his pillow at Raph who quickly raised his arm and blocked the pillow all while staying asleep. This only angered Mikey even further as he stood up and glared at Raph who turned to his side.

Letting out a defeated sigh, Mikey proceeds to walk out of the room and yawns before the sound of humming catches his attention. Looking in the general direction of where the humming came from, he saw that it originated from the room next to Raph's which used to be his bedroom until April moved in.

Curious, Mikey walked to the doorway and peeked in to see April busy packing her things.

Mikey: "Can't sleep either, huh"?

April: "I'm too excited to sleep". "I can't wait to have my own place again".

Mikey: "I understand. I can still remember back when this used to be my room". "When I wouldn't have to listen to my roommate *turns to Raph's bedroom* SNORE LIKE A CHAINSAW!

Much to his increasing irritation, he was met with the sound of Raph's loud snoring, making Mikey facepalm before he stomped back into the bedroom.

April: "Don't worry". "I'll soon be out of here and you'll be back in your own room before you know it".

Just then, Mikey took notice of the fact that April had set aside his collection of Silver Sentry comics.

Mikey: "Um, April"? "What are you doing with my Silver Sentry comics"?

April: "Oh, I needed something to wrap my stuff in and these were just lying about, so I-"

Mikey screams in absolute horror realizing what April is about to say. But April was quick to assure him that she wasn't serious about messing with his belongings.

April: "Calm down, Mikey. I'm joking". "I know better than to mess with a guy's comics".

Mikey: "Oh, ha, ha". "Real funny, April". "Enjoy your packing".

Mikey said as he walked away and turned the lights off before storming away, leaving April alone in the dark room.

April: "Yep, moving out is looking pretty good".

Jumping down from the second floor, Mikey quickly spots that the TVs are on in the living area. Curious to know who else was awake, Mikey walked over to see his girlfriend, Ruby, sleeping peacefully on the couch while Leo and Splinter watched the news.
