2nd Person POV

"Miss? Rise and shine, Miss. You have a long trip with Mr. Sylvasta ahead of you today"

You felt your shoulder being gently shook causing you to grunt a bit before opening your eyes, only to be met with a foreign face. You rubbed your eyes before opening them again. A woman in her late twenties stood beside you with a blank look on her face. She has long hair that reaches her waist but it was not unkempt, she is very neat and gentle. You looked down at her face and figured that she was a maid given her maid outfit.

"You must make haste, Miss. Mr. Sylvasta is a busy man and based on my experience, he doesn't like to wait"

The woman calmly spoke and you instantly yet carefully sat up and stretched your limbs as you yawned. You turned to the woman and smiled a bit.

"Thank you for waking me up, Miss"

"It's nothing, it is my duty after all. I will be waiting for you right beside the door to this bedroom"

Those were her last words before she walked away and waited beside the door. Her eyes looking at the distance.

'She's like one of those royal guards of the royal family'

As usual, I did the bed and grabbed a towel before entering the bathroom.

While you were taking a shower, thoughts ran inside your head.

'I still can't fathom the fact that I slept inside the house of a man who I just met yesterday and that is eager to help me in various ways. Is Alan Sylvasta really that kind-hearted? He did say he's doing this out of kindness. But it just seems...too good to be true'

You thought of the memories of yesterday before the faces of your friends flashed inside your head while the water from the shower runs down your skin.

'Michiru and the others must be very worried about my disappearance. But I'll get home soon, I'll make sure of it. Then I will ease them of their worries'

You walked out of the bathroom and were planning to look for new clothes to wear in the closet when you saw a pair of clothes already prepared for you on the bed and a tray of food on your bedside table.

'I didn't see that before'

Your eyes widened in surprise for a second before looking over at the same maid who woke you up, she's still standing beside the doorway with a distant gaze.

She didn't bat an eye so you took it upon yourself to strike up a conversation.

"Thank you for preparing this for me, Miss"

"It was nothing, Miss"

You cringed inside at how formal she's addressing you, but you decided to just shrug it off because you think that's how they're trained to speak to guests.
