Chapter Eleven

~(Y/n) P.O.V~

I laid on my bed thinking about how stupid I was for kissing Tsukishima earlier. 'What was I thinking I'm supposed to be a guyyyyy not a gayyyyy' I thought wining to myself. I heard my door open quietly "(Y/n) are you okay?" My dads voice rang through out the room I picked my head up and looked at him. "Is it gay to kiss your hommies" I asked him with my face staring to heat up he chuckled and sat on the edge of the bed "Well is the hommie a guy or a girl" he said smiling "Guy" I mumbled he thought for a moment "By everyone else stand point yes but in all honesty no because your a girl" i hummed happy ruffling my hair. I smiled at him and said "Thanks dad" he shook his head "Hunny do you mind running to the store for me bh the way, your mom want meat buns for dinner tonight and we don't have all the ingredients" he said handing me a list "Sure, but do you mind if I use the card to get stuff to make strawberry short cake" I asked he shook his head. "Oh and one more thing Leana told me about Tsukishima and Yamaguchi, I'm glad you've met them again..." he said smiling "Me to" I told him standing up.

I walked into the store looking around for the ingredients for the meant buns. After finding everything on the list I made my why to the baking aisle looking for the stuff I would need to make the homemade strawberry short cakes. With out thinking I pulled my phone out of my pocket and took a picture of the strawberrys I had in my cart and sent it to Tsukishima.

Hey Saltyshima, just thought you'd like to know I didn't forget about your strawberry short cake! 🍓🥞 See you tomorrow!!!!!

Also where are we meeting?

I sent the message smiling to myself as I looked for the sugar. When I found the sugar it was on the top self so I was struggling to reach it until a tall figure walked over and handed me a bag. "Thank you, that was really kind of you" I said giving them a closed eyed smile "No problem (L/n)-san" a familiar voice said I opened my eyes and looked up at the tall wing spiker. "OH! Asahi Senpai, I didn't notice it was you thank you for handing me the sugar" I said thanking him once again. After that my senpai and I walked around looking for the rest of the ingredients for the cake.

"So Asahi Senpai what's your favorite food?" I asked making small talk as we walked "Um I like Tonkotsu Ramen, Also you can just call me Asahi you don't have to add Senpai to it" he said awkwardly "Hmm okay Asahi, I'll make you some Ramen soon 'Kay?" I said laughing a little bit at his shocked expression "N-no you don't have to do that (L/n)-san" He put his hands up waving them wildly "I want to, oh by the way you can call me (N/n)" I said taking my phone out of my pocket to look at the time "I gotta go Asahi, I'll see you later and thanks for all the help I really appreciate it!" I waved walking to pay for my stuff.

"It looks like your family will be eating good tonight" the cashier said he had golden eyes with spiky black and silver hair resembling an owl. I smiled back "Yea I agree" I told him happily.

After paying I started making my home. Waking slowly enjoying the summer air watching as the leafs blow in the wind. This was what I found calming. I made it home to see my mother already starting to prepare dinner.

"Hello mama I got the rest of the ingredients for the meat buns, do you need any help" I asked her handing her the ingredients for tonight's dish. "That would be a big help, can you knead the dough for me" she smiled handing the bowl over to me. I stood in the kitchen with her while we got dinner ready "So who'd you kiss" she asked with a chuckle I froze in my place with my face turning read "N-no one" I told her continuing on with my task. I seen her stop what she was doing a turn around to me "Oh hunny please, your father already told me also your body language gave you away when I asked" she said smirking I sighed in defeat "Tsukishima" I mumbled her light laughing put me at ease and we finished preparing dinner in a comfortable science.

I walked to my bathroom stripping from my Tee shirt, Hoodie, and sweat pants I put on when the dorks visited. I turned the knob on the shower making my water warm before stepping in.

After I showered and put on a fresh pair of clothes I checked my phone to see a message from Tsukishima.

Saltyshima:
Hey Shorty, where gonna meet at the front of Coach Ukai's store at 4 so don't be late.

(L/n):
Okay human salt shaker, Btw try not to stay up all night thinking about me 😘

Saltyshima:
Why would I wast my precious sleeping time thinking about you?

(L/n):
Ouch, ooo, so harsh

I smiled at the text before walking down stairs to eat dinner. Our family sat all together eating, play, and laughing. At the end my parents helped each other with the cleaning so I could go do whatever while they enjoy the company of each other.

I laid on the bed lazily with my Nintendo in hand longing in to animal crossing to see Kodzuken already online. I turned on the voice option and put my head phones on "Hey Kodzuken" I said in a bubbly voice "Yo (Y/n)" he said sounding like he got hit by a bus "Please tell me you didn't game all day" I told him sounding worried "I slept for a good hour I'm fine" he said back. We gamed together until around 5 am "Okay (Y/n), Imma log off I was volleyball practice in the evening and I need a little bit of sleep, also I won't be online Monday" he said letting out a loud yawn "M'kay Zuken talk to you later" after logging off I sat my Nintendo on my table and layed tiredly on my bed falling asleep hoping morning would get here soon.
