Chapter twenty one: consequences

*Listen to this song, it's fire and the location of the video is kinda like I imagined Perrie's gang to live in. Just imagine some furniture to this place and it looks exacly like the home of Perrie's gang.

Perrie's POV:

I could never get tired of Jade sleeping in my arms. She looked so peaceful and beautiful that I was ready to give the world to her. But everytime she opened her eyes, I saw pure hatred. I knew that one part of her was intruiged by my danger but the majority of her was terrified of it. I always told myself that she would get used to it but I was unsure of how long it would take. I gave her a short peek on her lips before I stood up and got ready for the day.

I would love to hold Jade longer but I had to do my duties. I took a quick shower and put some black leather pants and a crop top on before I walked downstairs. All of my gang members were already having breakfast and I blinked very surprised when I saw Demi sitting there as well. She grinned and waved at me when she saw me. "Morning my lovely cousin, how is your love life going?", she asked very amused and I rolled my eyes.

"That's none of your business. What are you even doing here?", I asked her and she sighed. "Why are you so cold? I'm here to tell you something interesting. Some people, who work for Misses Thirlwall still trust me you know.", she explained and my eyes widened. Misses Thirlwall was in jail... She couldn't possibly Plan something especially when people looked out for her. "Follow me.", I said before I guided her to my office.

No matter what Misses Thirlwall planned, she was limited and I wasn't. I locked the door behind me and Demi instanly sat down and put her feet on my desk. "Put your dirty feet away from my desk.", I said and she rolled her eyes while she listened. "Geez can't you take a break from being so serious?", she said but I remained cold. "When it comes to Misses Thirlwall, everything is serious.", I replied and sat down across from her.

"It's not Misses Thirlwall, who plans something, it's Robert. He still wants to have revenge on you and will do everything in his power to get it.", she said and I looked at her very confused. "But I overpowered him so many times. Even when he worked with Misses Thirlwall. He is nothing.", I said but Demi shook her head. "Don't underestimate it. He was ready to work with Misses Thirlwall in order to get more allies. He is stronger than ever now.", she said and my eyes widened.

"How big of a threat is he now?", I said and she sighed. "Definetely big enough to get back at you. He hired a lot of dealers, who are supposed to kill you. One wrong move and you will get shot instanly. You know how dangerous dealers are when they get a weapon.", Demi explained and I looked at her in shook. I had no idea that he could go that far him...

"But why didn't he do this sooner?", I asked. "Because he planned it for years to make sure it works. After he worked for Misses Thirlwall, he found a lot of people, who opened doors for him. I don't even know half of the oppertunities he got.", she said and I ran my hand through my hair. "How much help does he have?,", I asked. "After Misses Thirlwall got sent to prison, a lot. They all want to have revenge on you, so they are willing to help him.", she said and I digged my nails into my skin.

"And what else does he plan?", I asked while my jaw clynched. "Well, I don't know a lot, he knows how to keep his plans in the shadows but I can assure you that he will try everything he can to eliminate you.", she explained and I sighed.

"Damn. I should've let that building explode then he would be dead right now.", I said very frustrated and Demi actually looked like she felt pity for me. "You were too ambitious Pez. You shouldn't have risked all you have for this girl. You knew whose daughter she was.", Demi said and I growled very frustrated. He wouldn't just destroy my power, I just got Jade back and I won't let him ruin it.
