31 - A Trip Down The Memory Lane.

"I fell in love with his sister and he killed her in front of me."

Everyone practically gasped at this revelation. "Yoona..." Jungkook didn't even realize the name coming from his mouth until Taehyung looked at him with a faint smile.

"Yeah..." Taehyung whispered back as he gently stroked Jungkook's cheek.

They look at each other for few seconds before Taehyung finally breaks eye contact and looked at the people around them.

"Guess I should start from the beginning." Taehyung said with a small smile and Namjoon gives an encouraging nod to the younger. Taehyung closes his eyes and takes few deep breaths before opening them again.

"I was born in Busan. My parents died in an accident when I was 8 years old. I didn't had any other relatives so I was sent to an orphanage. It was a good place, people there were good to us kids, I was happy there."

Taehyung looked at others and he could see the sadness in their eyes for his misfortunes. Jin looked really sad and Jungkook just wrapped his hands around Taehyung and put his head on elder's shoulder.

"I was a smart kid, like really smart, so I was able to get scholarships throughout my school and right in to university. I moved from Busan to Seoul when I won the scholarship for Seoul national university and was able to secure a place in the welfare part of the university dorms. I got a part time job at a computer shop which was more than enough to cover for my other expenses. Life was.... good for about 2 years. I was happy with it."

"I was in my final year of university, I was actually the faculty first for two years. I was sure I'll be able to graduate with top class and never had any insecurities about life."

"That's when I met Yoona." Taehyung gave a little peck to Jungkook's hand before continuing. "She was beautiful, headstrong, dominant and kind of intimidating. She saw me, she wanted me and she walked straight in and got me."

"And I fell for her, so damn hard."

3 Years Ago ( Taehyung's POV)

'Shit!! I'm late' I thought as I got up from the bed. Last night was fun but now I have this killer headache and hangover. Never, ever will I except a challenge from Eunwoo to a drinking match.

I quickly got ready and went out as my shift is about start in 15 mins. I jogged halfway when I came to a traffic light. The countdown to the green light to cross the road was showing as 4 seconds. Deciding that it was enough time, I ran across the road.

Just when I thought I was cleared, a white car came at me in full speed and came to a screeching halt with an inch of my body. The car didn't even hit me but I fell due to the surprise. As I sat on the road and rubbed my buttocks, I heard a car door opening.

"Hey kid, are you ok?!!" A middle aged man, dressed as a driver came and asked me.

"Ah... yes sir, I'm fine." I said as I gingerly got up from the road. "It's totally my fault as I ran in to the road carelessly. You didn't hit me or anything. Please carry on." I indicated him to go on with his ride and gave the guy a little bow too.

I stood on the pavement and gave another bow when the car started to move. I looked at my watch and noticed that I'm late but I couldn't run now anyway because my butt was hurting like hell. Mentally preparing myself to get scolded, I walked towards the shop I worked.

I was only 15 mins late and the boss didn't scold me that much. As I was doing my work, I noticed a white car, kind of like the one that almost hit me, parked on the opposite ride of the shop. When I looked few minutes later it was not there though.

I went to the university at around 1.00pm for my afternoon classes and the same car was there too. Deciding that it must be a coincident, I mean there must be thousands of white cars that look alike right, I ignored it.

The next day I had morning classes so my work shift was in the evening. I was working for about one hour when a white car came and stopped in front of our shop and the same driver from other day got out of it. He quickly ran around to the other side and opened the back door and a beautiful woman got out.

She walked straight towards me and removed her sunglasses and gave me a smile. She looked a little bit older than me but looked so hot and I felt instantly attracted to her.

"Hi handsome." She said in a confident voice.

"Hi. How can I help you?" I asked with a smile, even though I'm pretty sure she's not here for any technical support.

"Hmmm.... what's your name?" She asked again.

"I'm Kim Taehyung. What's yours?"

"Lee Yoona. Are you gay or do you have a girlfriend?"

'Wow!! Straight to the point.' I thought to myself before answering. "No and no. I'm single and available."

"Not anymore." She said confidently and I couldn't help but laugh.

'Yeah, I guess I'm not anymore.' I thought as she took my phone from the table and punched her number in. She gave a call to herself from my phone and got my number too.

"So... when do you finish here?" She asked, still looking at the phone.

"Around 8.00pm. Wait for me?" I asked as she handed over my phone back to me.

"Yeah. I'll come back."

With that she walked out of the shop and got in to the car. I looked at the clock and saw that it was still around 6.00pm. 'Damn, this is gonna be very long two hours.'
