Chapter Seventy: Jimin and his brilliance.

[1 week later]

Jimin and Jungkook stood in the office of a lawyer who was sitting in her chair. Ms.Hwa Sa.

Jungkook didn't know what was happening. He was scared.

The blonde haired man refused to tell anything to Jungkook.
Even Namjoon didn't know what Jimin was up to.

"Well, I gave you your 1 week, Jimin. I'm sure nothing is going to change and I am still going to get my property", Namjoon said once he entered the lawyer's office.

Namjoon smirked at Jimin who smiled back. "Actually, Mr.Kim", Ms.Hwa Sa started, "It is not your property anymore", She said making Namjoon frown.

"What the fuck do you mean? I have papers here stating that Jungkook sold me his land! He even signed", Namjoon said, slamming the paper in her desk.

Jimin cleared his throat. "These are actually yesterday's papers, Ms.Namjoon", he said with a smirk. "I bought the land today. You even signed it", Jimin opened a new file, presenting it in front of Namjoon.

And it was true. Namjoon's sign was right there in the bottom of the paper. Fake signature. Jimin had taken pictures of the files where Namjoon had signed. He copied the sign exactly with the help of his friend.

"He is right, Ms.Kim", Hwa Sa snickered. "This land is now Jimin's".

"And guess what Kim Namjoon? I am going to write the property to a Trust fund Orphanage. Which means, you can't forge anyone's sign to take the land away", Jimin said with a smirk.

Namjoon clenched his fist in anger. "Also, you can't buy the trust fund Orphanage because it belongs to a government organisation", Jimin added.

"Problem solved, Ms.Namjoon. The land which was 'yours' yesterday became Jimin's property today but then was written to a trust fund (orphanage)", Hwa Sa explained with a grin, shaking her head as if she was dancing. Yeah, she was dancing in excitement.

Jimin grinned. "We'll be going Kim Namjoon", he said before walking out of the room with a shocked Jungkook.

"H-how did you have so much money to buy the property back Jimin?" Jungkook asked, confused.

"I sold my home. Dad wrote the house in my property and I sold it. It took me about a while to find a buyer", Jimin explained with a smile.

"Y-you didn't have t-"

"I'll do anything to make you happy, Jungkook".

"Thanks baby", Jungkook whispered with tears in his eyes.

"Come on, my mawkish baby. Don't cry", Jimin said, pulling his husband for a kiss. Jungkook smiled into the kiss.

"But if you wrote the property in a government trust and Orphanage, we won't be able to keep our flower shop", Jungkook mumbled.

Jimin laughed loudly, pulling his husband a little away from the office in the supreme court. "Listen carefully Jungkook", he whispered. "The Orphanage isn't actually run by a government organisation. Eunae's orphanage doesn't belong to government. It belongs to my,"

"Husband. It belongs to me. You wrote it on my property but in a trust. So both me and the orphanage can share it", Jungkook finished.

[So according to my stupid research (which I failed to understand) trust is a triangular relationship. The first person (Jimin) writes or transfers his property to a second party (Eunae's orphanage) so that a third party (JK) can get benefits from it. I don't know if it's correct 😅 Jungkook is a beneficiary- he gets benefit from the property transferred to the orphanage because accordingly the trust was created for and because of Jungkook]

Eunae. Jeon Eunae is Jungkook's mother. After Jungkook started writing songs and earned a lot, he bought the orphanage, naming it Eunae. So technically, Jungkook is the owner of the orphanage and trust.

Jimin sold his home, used the money to buy the property, forged Namjoon's signature before writing it on Eunae's orphanage and trust. He bought the property in his name (Jimin) because he had to write the property to Eunae's orphanage (which belongs to Jungkook and JK is a beneficiary)

If he bought the land in Jungkook's name, he wouldn't have been able to write his (Jungkook's) land, on Jungkook's orphanage and trust.

Jimin saw Namjoon walking towards them. Jimin smirked. "This won't stop me, Jimin" he said.

"Oh it will, Ms.Namjoon. If you can play a game so well, then I can too", Jimin said with a smirk. "You are a loser now, Ms.Kim Namjoon! A fucking lose- aghh!"

Namjoon wrapped his hand around Jimin's neck, choking him. "I AM NOT A LOSER!" He growled, lifting Jimin from the ground.

"Let him go!" Jungkook yelped in surprise.

What Namjoon forgot was that, they were in supreme court.

All of it happened so fast. "A restraining order! Pfft", Jimin laughed loudly. "My plan worked Jungkookie~", Jimin said, pulling Jungkook for a kiss.

Jungkook chuckled. "Damn. I'm scared of my baby's talents", he said with a smile.

"You don't have a reason to be, Jungkook", Jimin whispered with a smirk.

A restraining order was filed and now if Namjoon was found anywhere near Jimin, he will be arrested.

Namjoon fumed in anger. "I'll come for you, Jimin!"

"In your dreams, Namjoon", Hwa Sa said, laughing at him.

"He did you good. That's for sure".

So I had to do a lot of unnecessary research on Trust funds cause I was clueless on what it is. I don't know if I got it right though 😅 still I don't know.
