(Aria's POV)

"What time will you be here?"

I smiled. "I will get there when I get there."

"Koneko, I won't hesitate to come find you."

"I know. I love you."

"Love you too."

I walked into Yori's house and put my purse, keys, and coat on the table by the door.

I had to search a few rooms before I found someone. It was Jun.

"What brings you here?" He asked.

I smiled. "I am here to pick up you and Yori."

"Why?"

My smile widened. "Aimoto woke up."

"What? Really?"

"His grandmother called thirty minutes ago. Ryu is already there along with Vince and the others. I was on my way and decided to pick you two up."

"Is he okay? Is he out of the woods?"

"Yep. The doctor still has to run some tests to check some things, but they are very optimistic now."

"That's fantastic. Well Yori is a meeting, but you can go in and tell him."

"I won't be interrupting?"

"No, it was unexpected and I'm pretty sure that he's uncomfortable. You know how he is with strangers."

"Where is he?"

"Meeting room."

Yori's meeting room is the safest room on the property. It was no windows, one steel door, no phone service or WiFi, and an emergency button. He likes to have his important and unexpected meetings there.

The door was cracked when I got there so I knocked twice.

"Who is it?" I head Yori ask.

"It's me! It'll just take a second!"

"Come in."

I opened the door fully and stepped inside. When I saw the men Yori was meeting with I froze.

They were the same men that attacked Aimoto.

"What can I do for you?" Yori asked, obviously unaware of who was in front of him.

"Something has happened at the hospital. We need to get there ASAP." I said.

"Is it urgent?" Yori asked.

I nodded. "The others are already at the hospital. I came to give you a ride."

Yori turned to the men. "Sorry to have to cut this short, but I have to go."

One of the guys must've finally recognized me because he whispered something to the others.

"Yori," I said cautiously.

"What?"

"Run."

"What?"

"Run!" I yelled as the men sprang into action.

I was to late though. One grabbed me and another grabbed Yori while the third guy hit the button. The steel door slid shut and we were trapped with the three men.

The one holding me smirked. "So we meet again."

(Jun's POV) 😬😬

"Boss and Aria already head to the car?" I asked the man guarding the gate.

"Haven't seen them."

"What?"

"Haven't seen them."

I had taken a call while Aria went to get Yori, so I assumed they went to the car already. After hearing that no one had seen them I ran back inside.

I saw the steel closed shut and sprinted to the security room.

"Show me the meeting room." I demanded.

They pulled up the feed to that room and I let out a string of curses.

"What's happening?"

I gritted my teeth. "A hostage situation apparently."

I didn't know what to do. There was no way into the room and Yori was the only one who could open the door.

"What do we do now?"

"I have no f*cking clue."

I feared calling Ryu, so I called Vince.

"Can I help you?"

"Are with our friendly neighborhood psychopath?"

He chuckled. "Yeah. Why?"

"There's a situation at the house."

"What kind?"

"A hostage situation."

"Ok."

"An Aria hostage situation."

"F*cking hell."

"Yeah."

"How did this happen? Do you know what they want?"

I explained everything that I knew which wasn't much. I was able to get pictures of the men's faces to him as we ran them through a face recognition database.

"What do we do?"

"We have to tell him."

"Do we? I'm scared of doing that."

"You're not scared of not doing that?"

"Fair point."

He kept me on the phone as he told Ryu. Not long after that I heard the front door burst open. The look on his face was enough to cause pure terror in me.

"Ryu...."

He held his hand up. "If you say another word I am going to put a bullet in your skull." He growled out.

Vince and Knox came in seconds later.

Ryu took one look at the camera footage and pinned me to the wall by my throat.

"You let my wife go into a secure room with three unfamiliar men? You let three unfamiliar men inside without taking their weapons?"

"I'm sorry. If I had known-"

He cut me off by squeezing my throat tighter.

"Ryu, come on. You can kill him later if you want." Vince said, trying to reason with him. He tried to get Ryu to look at him, but Ryu avoided his eyes.

I quickly knew why. I saw it.

We weren't dealing with Ryu anymore.

He was 100% Akuma.
