(Aria's POV)

"Appreciate you letting us stay." Vince said as I was fixing them all something to eat.

"It's no problem. With it storming this bad I wouldn't feel okay if you two headed out. Besides, as you can tell, we have the room."

I glanced over to the living area where Knox was very much annoying Ryu. Ryu was sitting on the couch while Knox was beside him holding Shimo. It was funny seeing a big bad biker playing with a cat.

"I'm going to assume that you will be getting an earful once we leave or you two are alone." Vince teased.

"He doesn't scare me." I smiled as Ryu looked over at me.

"Do you mind if I take a shower?" Vince asked once we had finished eating. "We went straight to the hospital after we arrived."

"Of course not."

He ran out to get his and Knox's bag from the car before I showed him to the shower.

While Vince showered, Knox entertained himself with our TV and Shimo. Ryu followed me to the spare bedroom.

"I know you're not mad at me." I said as I moved some things around.

Seeing as we don't have many visitors, our spare bedroom has become the place where we put stuff to get it out of our way.

"Irritated." He mumbled.

I finished clearing off the bed and walked over to where he was standing by the door. I placed my hands on his cheeks and squished his face together.

"It's for one night. It won't kill you to have someone intrude in our space."

He rolled his eyes.

"While Vince is busy, did you put everything from Aimoto's away? Vince seemed to interested in snooping a bit earlier while you were gone."

"Koneko, I'm a smart man."

That's all he said as he gently moved my hands off his face and walked out. It took me twenty minutes to make the spare bedroom presentable and by then Knox was the one in the shower and Vince was on the phone with Juliet.

Ryu was nowhere to be found.......at first. After looking, I found him downstairs in his space working out. Knowing he probably needed the space, I went back upstairs to watch TV.

It didn't take long before I heard Vince and Knox both walk downstairs.

"Shimo, I was going to go to bed. However, I now think it may be wise to stay up in case 911 needs to be called."

(Ryu's POV)

I was on my hundredth pull-up when I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. They were to heavy to be Aria's.
