Your point of view
I was in love with this city and with the thought i'm here with Kris.
We had many good experiences. We went to gondola one day and we saw some fireworks too and we also went to the sea once.
We went out again to check the monuments and the city the next day, We were standing on a little bridge above the street.. i mean the river, isn't it funny?! That they're not driving that much?!
"Beautiful. Isn't it?" He asked. I let go of his hand and snuggled into his hug.
"Thank you."
"Thank you? For what?"
"For taking me here, and for being with me, right now" There are lots of thing to say thanks for him. Sometimes I even feel like I owe him, but I dont know how to give back all he has done for me.
"I Love you . Hmm." He cleared his throat. I looked up at him like what happened.
"What's wrong?" He let go of me and he kneeled down. He was holding my hand. In his other hand he's holding a little box and as he opens it up there is a beautiful ring inside.
"Vivien Potter. Would you marry me?" He asked and I brust out in tears.
"Yes." He put the ring on my finger. And he got up. Some people who saw this scene started clapping.
"I love you. I can't believe you said yes." He then kissed me. We thanked and waved to the people around us then we went on hand in hand.
"What did you mean by saying you can't believe?"
"I was afraid, not because of my feelings but because of yours, I didn't know if you're ready and i didn't know how this is going to happen or how it would make you feel or if it's going to remind you to the past... and sometimes I don't know anything about timing. We've been together for like two years and I know that I want to be with you for the rest of what we have."
I just smiled and said : "I love you."
Not that i had nothing to say, but all those feelings he was talking about giving me the ups and downs..but I truly know one thing, that I want to be with him too.
We had one more day here so we enjoyed our time now as and engaged couple.
That last night I couldn't sleep i knew we have to catch a flight to go home and we or at least I have a lot of work to do.
On the plane my mind was going crazy and being numb by one thing.. just admiring my ring. It was so beautiful. It has three diamonds in it and in the inside there was a line which says "To Vivien, who made my heart beating~"
It really melted my heart. I knew Kris and I were meant to be. We really loved each other nevertheless we got trhough many arguments like any other couple.
We finally arrived at our mansion and instead of doing my work i called a wedding organiser first. Gladly she could give us an appointment for tommorrow because someone just canceled theirs.
"Kris. What do you think about the date?" I started questioning him, I may go a little crazy about this. I am happy.
"Hm. Well i don't want to wait too long. But do you really have to do this now? Can we at least lay down i have a little jet lag.
"About May? On 21th?" I didn't mind him.
"May? We have to wait almost a year."
"I know but i don't want to rush and we have to work too. Look it's just seven months. It will flew away."
"You are the planner in our relationship." He said.
"I need your agreement. Or say something to make it sure. I know you're tired but this is going to be fun and it's so exciting."
"20th of May sounds better." I smiled to myself. Now we have a date but nothing else.
While we were talking about this resting on the sofa, all of a sudden his phone rang.
"Hi.......can't be there.......oh.....hmm.....ok bye."
"Who was that?" I asked him, he wasn't so happy.
"The producer. Babe i know you not going to like this but tomorrow i have to go to the studio."
"Are you serious? But we have an appointment..!!"
"I trust you. You can handle it easily."
And by that we went to sleep. I was pissed by him not saying no to them.. I hated the idea of going crazy alone again. Didn't even want to argue with him he just throw the phone and walked up to the room.. Is he really that tired?! I questioned myself a lot of times.. maybe he is tired of me...
So the next day i woke up by an empty room. He went to the studio really early. I called the wedding planner to come at our place if it's possible because i couldn't make it on time ... And so the organizer will come at 11 AM which means i have some time to prepare myself and eat something.l
Soon she was calling me to let her in.
"Hi Miss. I'm Lee Xia. Looking for Miss Vivien Potter?! I am the wedding planner."
"Hi i'm Vivien. Come on in." As she drove in the park way i went to open the front door and I waited for her. We shaked hands and as we went in the livingroom i saw she is very confident and she knows what she does.
"Please take a sit."
"Thank you. So let's start it. Do you have any ideas or details of your wedding already? Oh by the way, where is the groom?"
She just splashed into the middle, it was soon even for me. I didn't know if I'm ready or not.
"He is working now. But he wants me to plan the wedding, he said it himself" i smiled.
"How nice." She smiled brightly. "Do you know the date?"
"Yes we want it on 20, May."
"Spring wedding nice choice. So how your dream wedding goes on?"
"Hm before we go in any deep details let me tell you that i want a simple wedding not too big no too small. Maybe we can hold it in the backyard, if it's possible?!"
"Can we go out? Just let me check it."
"Sure." So we went out and we walked in the backyard. While she asked me to continue.
"...Well I didn't think it through just yet.. I only got engaged like 2 days ago."
"Hm .Okay...I think we can do it in this back yard it's huge and it will be cheaper the create it. We don't have to book a place. But how do you want to come in? Or do you want an altar? Benches and rose petals?"
"Ahm so nice to hear that. Somehow i want a little altar but just as a symbol. No steps and no huge stage. I want chairs one by one not benches. Rose petals only if it's white. I want ....." and that was the boost my mind needed i told her everything i want on my wedding.
"I hope we will have a beautiful sun shining day but what if it's raining?" She asked.
"We have to be ready for it. I want to hold my wedding here." I was determined about it.
