I woke up the next morning with Y/N in my arms. I smiled at the sight of the gentle smile on her lips. I brushed the hair out of her face and kissed her forehead before carefully unwrapping our arms around each other.

I got up and grabbed the toothbrush from my bag and headed to the restroom. After doing what I needed to do I went to the kitchen. Coffee sounded good and I knew where everything was so I pulled out the kettle and coffee grounds. Once I had everything out and the water was starting to heat up, I leaned against the counter and scrolled through my phone. I must have been pretty distracted because I didn't hear any doors open, but I did hear the padding of footsteps right outside of the kitchen. I put down my phone and looked to see Y/N walk in rubbing her eyes.

"Good morning, baby."

"Have you brushed your teeth?"

I gave her a confused look. "Yes, I have." She closed the distance between us and cupped my cheek. She crashed her lips to mine. I was shocked but immediately kissed her back, smiling into the kiss. "What a great start to the morning."

She grinned up at me. "I agree. Though, next time, stay in bed."

"Noted." She put her face in my chest. I ran my fingers through her hair. We stood like that for a while until the kettle whistled, making us both jump up. "S-Sorry, I forgot that was on. Do you want coffee?"

She pulled away and hopped up on the counter. "Yes, please."

I spent the next few minutes making the coffee, one cup the way I liked it and another the way she did. I looked over to see her scrolling through my phone. I handed her the mug and stood between her legs, my back to her and her arms coming around me. "What are you doing?"

She held the phone to where we could both see. "Over half of your pictures are of me."

"Because I like looking at you. Is that a crime?"

She kissed my cheek. "No, my gallery probably looks the same," she laughed. We stayed like that for a while, drinking coffee and looking through my pictures and remembering moments some of them were taken. "This is strangely domestic."

I put my mug down and turned to face her. "You in my shirt, us drinking coffee in the morning together," I kissed her cheek, "I could get used to this." She put her face in my neck and sighed.

"Too bad you leave in two hours."

I had to leave earlier than usual to make it in time for a practice match in the afternoon. "I know. It never gets easier leaving, does it?" I wrapped my arms around her. "What are you going to do the rest of the day?"

"Cry like I always do when you leave."

"You don't actually do that, do you?"

"I do." My smile dropped until I heard her laugh.

"I almost believed you."

"You've never made me cry, don't worry."

I kissed the top of her head. "I intend to keep it that way. Now, from the joking around I assume you don't know?"

"I might pick up a shift. Or go out to eat with Chikara. I'll decide after I drop you off."

"I can't bear to see you leave," Y/N said dramatically as we neared the ticket gate.

"Nice to know I'll be missed. Come here, love." I pulled her in close, hugging her tightly. It gets harder every time not to part with an 'I love you'. I need to tell her this soon. Even if she doesn't feel the same way, I want to be able to openly let her know I was totally in love with her.
