Third Person POV:
"Oh my god, Scar! Scar!" Pony yelled as he shook his older sister as she laid unconscious in his arms. "she passed out!"
"Oh, god! What are we going to do?" Johnny asked as tears came out of his eyes. He was shaking in fear as he tried to help Pony wake his sister up.
The soc who wasn't helping the fighting leaned down beside them. Pony and Johnny gave him a dirty look but he shook his head.
"I know what to do," He said as he took a blade from his back pocket. He took the blade a cut off a pretty big portion of Scar's shirt. Once he was done, he grabbed the piece of cloth and wrapped his tightly around her waist and the stab wound. "we have to put pressure on the wound so it stops the bleeding."
Pony nodded frantically as he held the spot where the blade stabbed her. Her shirt instantly filled with more blood, it dripping onto his hand.
"She's losing a lot of blood," He said with a worried look as he looks up at the soc. The soc nods his head and carefully picks up Scarlett. "what are you doing?"
"Believe it or not, I have a cousin on this side of town," He says as he holds her in his arms and stands up. "they can take care of her, I promise."
"You're a soc! Who came here with the people who stabbed my sister!" Pony said as he got in his face. "how the hell am I supposed to trust you?"
"My name is Danny, I go to school with Scarlett," He said quickly. "I've seen her around school with her friends. Mikey, Avery, and Lizzie are their names. I know her, I can't just let her die."
Pony nodded hesitantly, feeling slightly better about taking his sister to a random person's house who is related to a soc. Pony and Johnny quickly stood up as Danny began running with Scar in his arms, her arms swinging back and forth.
Pony and Johnny ran after him, he was surprisingly fast for holding a girl in his arms even if Scar was tiny. Danny led them out of the park and took a right, going further away from the Curtis house. They ran for three streets before making a left and down an alley.
Pony and Johnny exchanged worried looks before their heads snap forward at the sound of Danny's voice calling out for someone.
"Dexter! Dex!" He screamed out as he stopped at the backgate of someone's house. Pony and Johnny stand beside him as a girl comes running out of the house. She was thin with long black hair.
"Danny? What the hell's going on?" The girl said as she ran down the back steps. Another girl and two other boys came running out the back door. Danny had entered the yard with Pony and Johnny behind him.
"Ponyboy Curtis? That you?" A male's voice asked. Pony peaked out behind Danny and saw a greaser he had recognized from rumbles and hangout places. His name was Noah McKay, he was the same age as Soda and Scar.
"It's my sister," Pony said with a desperate tone. Noah nodded before rushing to the door, holding it open for Danny as he brought Scar into the house.
The house was no bigger than the Curtis house. It was dimly lit and reeked of cigarette smoke. Pony and Johnny stood in the kitchen as Danny laid Scar across the kitchen table. She was still out cold and Pony was begining to panic.
"Why don't you come with us? We'll clean you guys up," The girl said as she stood in front of Pony and Johnny who were covered in blood and looking pale as they stared at Dexter and Danny taking off Scar's shirt. Pony looked up and nodded as they followed the girl and the other girl and Noah.
They took them upstairs to a bathroom. Johnny sat on the closed toliet and Pony sat up on the counter. The girl with the black hair stood in front of Pony with a wet rag and a smile on her face.
"My names Amy, Dexter's my older brother," She explains as she begins to wipe the blood from his hands. "the other girl is Trinity but we call her Trin and it sounds like you already know Noah."
"His older brother and I used to hang when he was still in school," Noah explained. "that's his twin sister down there."
Amy nodded her head sadly as she continued to clean Pony off. Trin was in front of Johnny, putting ice on the huge bruise that was on his cheek from Jacob. Pony had a pretty decent cut on his forehead which Amy tried to put a bandaid on after cleaning but he held his hand out and shook his head. She smiled softly at him.
"How does your brother know what to do with Scar?" Pony asked. "not to sound rude or anthing."
"Don't worry about it, you're not being rude. That's your sister down there. I'd be the same way if it was Dex," She explained with a smile. "but my brother and I used to live on the West side with my mother but that didn't last long. My mom and dad divorced when we were young and my mother remarried, to a soc. My father lived over here. Dex was in medical school to be a doctor before my mom refused to continue paying and since my dad didn't have the money, he had to drop out in his fifth year."
"I hope your dad doesn't mind that we're here," Pony said, starting to get nervous.
Amy gave him a sad smile, "He died six months ago."
"Oh, god!" Pony said, his eyes went wide. "I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have said anything."
"You didn't know, don't apoligize," She smiled sadly as she patted him on the shoulder. Pony sighed as he watched her leave the bathroom.
