The Secret Hybrid Child

In my life

The end of the school year came and Karen, Jeremy, Angel, Jason, and I were standing in front of the pack swearing our oaths. When my turn came I knelt before both the old and the new Alpha, my head cocked, neck showing submission.
"Today we add another rank to our pack, a rank to ensure peace between us and other packs worldwide. We welcome Dahlia Celeste Clanton as our pack peacekeeper and grant her the title of Ambassador."
My old Alpha smiled sadly at me causing me some confusion, what did he look so sad for? Jason looked at me and smiled
"Swear to protect your pack, to try with your last breath to bring peace between us and others...."
"I swear."
"......and to obey your Alpha?"
I looked at Jason who's smile left his face and his eyes flashed gold.
"I swear my Alpha." I said through gritted teeth.
After our "swearing in" I went to my house to gather my packed belongings to move to the pack house. I walked in on my parents arguing and my little sister crying, Kimberly my older sister was trying to comfort her.
"Oh thank god Dahlia, here take Cammi and I'll go see if mom and dad can calm down....by the way I'm so proud of you."
She smiled and handed Cammi over to me.
"Shhhh it's okay Cammi I got you, and Kim will get it settled, shhh"
She slowly stopped crying, big sniffs shaking her whole body. Soon after that the screaming died down and Kim came back out.
"Hand me Cammi sis, they need to talk to you."
I nodded and walked towards the kitchen and Kim caught my arm
"No matter what anyone says you are my sister and I love you."
Her voice was low and her wolfs grey eyes shined through.
"Kim is everything okay?"
"No but never forget that Cammi and I Love you no matter what."
I nod and smile hugging them both before going into the kitchen. My mother looks up and starts crying while my father turns to look at me. His face is covered with smack marks and his eyes radiate hurt.
"I'm so sorry for being so mean towards you Dahlia, I never meant to hurt you, I-I was so horrible these past few years and I'm so sorry."
I walked over and hugged him, resting my head on his shoulders. The last time he let me hug him the top of my head barely reached his shoulders. All these years came crashing back and I cried. He held me tight crying with me, whispering "I'm sorry" and "I love you" over and over again. Finally he pulled me back and looked at my mother. She looked like hell, her hair frazzled, her eyes bloodshot, and wiping snot that ran from her nose. I went over and hugged her and she hugged me hard enough to take my breath away.
"There is something I need to tell you, something the old Alpha and Luna knows, something I have kept from your father."
I take a step back and nod at her to continue, I'm at a loss for words. She sniffs and my father places a hand on hers, giving her strength.
"I went with the Luna the summer before you were born, to a pack overseas to meet with an Alpha that said he was her cousin. We did the research and sure enough they were related. Everything was fine for the first few days but then..."
She started crying again and my dad held her for a moment.
"The Alpha came to me one night, he wasn't a normal wolf he was a hybrid, Lycan and Vampire, very old and even though the records showed he was the Lunas cousin he really wasn't. He raped me that night, and in that act I conceived you. The Luna and I barely escaped and when we came back we told the Alpha. I couldn't tell your father so I led him to believe that you were is child. When you were 15 I still couldn't tell him what happened......"
"But I should have NEVER taken it out on you. No matter what you are my daughter, I raised you, I know who you are. I love you as my own. I know it seems like I neglected you and in a way I did but I have kept track of everything you have achieved. I tried so many times to tell you I'm sorry, but the thought of you being the love child of my mate and someone else stopped me, and then today at your ceremony your mother told me."
I stood there and felt the color fade from my face, I didn't know what to say or do. Tears were pouring out of my eyes and both my mother and the man I have always called my father came to me and held me in their arms. We stayed like that until my tears ran their course.
"So...so I'm part Lycan and Vampire?"
"Yes my Dally, that's why your wolf looks the way it does. That's why you are such a good warrior. You have the blood of the first hybrid ever to be born. He is centuries old and has been looking for you. The Alpha convinced him that I aborted you, but now with you being the packs Ambassador I'm not sure if he will be able to tell who you are."
My mothers hand was on my cheek wiping my tears away and I felt like I was 5 all over again and just wanted my mommy and daddy to keep the monsters away.
"So what do I do now?"
My mother looked to my father and he looked at me and smiled
"You are my daughter, even if not by blood, you have my strength and our love and the love of your sisters, you will be the best damn Ambassador ever and if you do come across the bastard that sired you we will prevail against whatever it is he tries to do. You are a lot more powerful then you give yourself credit for. Never doubt yourself."
I smiled and cried more. My sisters came in and cried with us, just 5 people crying together in the kitchen. After we were cried out we ordered pizza and had a movie night. It was one of the best nights of my life. I text Jason and let him know I'll move in tomorrow but tonight I am spending time with my parents. He texted me back saying have fun, and sent the kissy emoji. I smile and return to brushing my sisters hair while finishing the movie. Tomorrow I will go to the pack house and talk with the old Alpha and Jason, Jason needs to know what and who I am.
I woke up to the smell of breakfast and my stomach rumbled. My room was already bare, a lot of the boxes I had been packing and taking to my room in the pack house the past few weeks. I used the bathroom and went downstairs to find the old Alpha, the old Luna and their son Jason.
"Sit down honey we have much to discuss."
I nodded, made my plate and sat down to eat and listen to my parents and Jason's parent fill him in on everything. I sat there and watched his face to see if he would be disgusted and hate me for what I was but he shocked me and everyone when he smiled and looked at me, the gold of his wolf showing in his eyes
"I knew I was drawn to you for a reason. I expect great things to come from your position Dahlia and I'm looking forward to having you in my life."
We were all shocked at his words, but they had a double meaning to me and I was curious if he was going to try and mark me before the 5 years we had made the deal for. His eyes never left mine and his smile was pure and possessive, if that's possible.
"I'm looking forward to working with you and being in your life as well."
I told him returning his smile. I could hear Dana rolling over and submitting to this Alpha.
"He will be the only one to Mark us Dahlia, I want no other."
