[Chapter 24]

The growling of her dogs startled Reyna from her thoughts.

"Ok. I did prank you yesterday, but I really wasn't the one who took your little mermaid book." One of the Stoll brothers said.

"Then who took my little mermaid book?" Percy wailed.

"This is going off-topic!" Annabeth said. "So, Reyna, what do you think is the best idea?"

"I don't think there was a 'best idea'." A guy with a rainbow tattoo said.

"Butch's right." A girl with purplish-greenish-blackish hair said. "We have to think of something more useful- not creating fake memories with the mist."

Reyna liked this greek kind of meeting. Even if you aren't focused on the meeting, you don't miss anything. Plus, it was a lot less boring than the senate meetings.

She caught Nico looking at her. He turned his gaze back to his lap, but there was something bitter to it.

"Clovis, WAKE UP!" Piper said.

"Mhmmmm...." Clovis said.

"Maybe Clovis might bring her memories back?" A girl with red hair suggested, swatting off a paper airplane the Stolls shot her.

"It's worth a try..."

Lacy watched the head counselors exit the big house from her roof.

'Orange, orange, purple, orange, orange, orange, orange, purple, orange, orange, orange... Aha! An aviator jacket!' She waved a black flag to someone who was hiding at the side of the big house.

Seeing the black flag, the person dashed to the entrance of the big house and grabbed the person with an aviator's jacket, blocked his mouth, and started dragging him.

"Hannah, what are you doing?" He asked after pulling her hand off his mouth.

"Shhhhhh. I'm kidnapping you!"

Nico rolled his eyes. "Why are you kidnapping me?"

"You'll see."

"You know I can shadow-travel out of here, right?"

"You can't. Un-doctor's orders. If you do, I'm going to make you inhale this cool gas that many kidnappers use on movies that makes you sleep when you inhale this."

Nico rolled his eyes again. "Where are you going to take me?"

"The Hades cabin."

"Why are you kidnapping me if you're gonna take me to my cabin?"

"Why are you suddenly asking a lot of questions? From what I've heard from the campers, you're usually very very very very quiet."

".......You didn't answer my question."

"What question?"

"Why are you kidnapping me to your cabin?"

"Because kidnapping is fun!"

For the third time, Nico rolled his eyes.

Jason was talking to Piper on the way to the arena -they were practicing sword fight after lunch when Chiron called a meeting- when one of Piper's siblings skipped towards them.

"Hi, Jason!" Lacy said. "Can I borrow your girlfriend for a minute? Thanks!" She said without waiting his reply.

Jason crossed his arms as he watched Lacy drag Piper few meters away from him.
