[Chapter 11]

Yeah. It's Wednesday evening in my country, I said I'll update till today, but I was busy and I really promise that I'll update tomorrow. Bye!

Okay. It's Thursday now. 11:24pm to be exact. You won't know the difference because this is on the same page, but anyway, here's the story.

Previously : I heard someone walking past our cabin.

'Who would be walking around camp at 2 in the morning?' I thought.

  I got my jacket and went out.

Meanwhile...

*Reyna's pov*
'I hate work.'

'Who likes working, anyway?'
(A/n: Spongebob Squarepants! Oops, sorry. Just go back to reading.)

'I should have filled out these papers instead of watching movies.'

'How did the 16-year-old me handle all these work?'

  'I wish I could have my two years back.'

  Then I realized that I've thinking like this for 20 minutes, so I got back to work.

  I still don't understand. Why do you have to write a complain paper about a nail broken while sweeping the floor with a wooden broom? Probably another child of Venus.

  I can't believe that I'm still filling out papers at Camp Half-Blood.

-1 hour later-

  My thoughts keep going back to Nico despite my trying to concentrate.

  'Come on, Reyna. Don't get distracted. It's not like you had a crush on him and was ignoring it because some love goddess cursed you saying that no demigod will heal my heart.' I thought to myself.

  Unfortunately, it is. I had a crush on him since- since Jupiter-knows-when.

  As I said, I have to focus on work, not a stupid boy problem. Plus, he likes boys. He wouldn't like me back.

-at 2 a.m.-

  I finished paper no.543. I have only a dozen more papers left.

  Then I saw something bright outside the window. I woke Aurum and Argentum and went to the direction of the light to find out what's making it.

  Near the Hades cabin, I saw a beautiful woman. When I got close, I noticed that her eyes kept changing colors. She was Aphrodite, since this is a greek camp.

  Why is she at the back of the Hades cabin?

"Well, dear, I came for revenge!"

  Styx. I said that out loud.
"Why do you need revenge?" I asked.

"Well, the boy must be more foolish than you. He cursed me! He don't appreciate the power of love!"

"So are you going to curse him, like you did to me? Why did you curse me? I didn't say that love is bad!"

"Honey," she said, " you worked for Circe who hates boys! That's underestimating love, too!"

"What's going on?" Nico must have awoke by the sound of us talking.

"Nothing. Oh, I've got the perfect idea!" Aphrodite said then she whispered something to my year -probably charmspeak- and said "Forget the fact that I charmspeaked to you."

"Now, Nico dear. Sleep." She charmspeaked. It was so powerful that I wanted to lie down on the grass and rest. I barely managed not to, but Nico, the target of the charmspeak, didn't. He started to lean backwards.
