Third Person
Bakugo taps his foot as he stares angrily at the door. A few hours before, Bakugo had texted the class asking if any of them wanted to save Midoriya.
His mind races with thoughts that are all focused around a green-haired teen. Despite himself, Bakugo is worried about his ex-best friend.
If Katsuki was being honest with himself (which he never would be when it comes to the greenette) he admired Deku. Even though the boy was quirkless, even though he was bullied horribly, even though he had gone through complete hell, he still stood tall. He still protected his friends with everything he had and cared for them even more. But most of all, even though Bakugo was a complete asshole, Deku never once called him out for it. The greenette still called him 'friend'.
Katsuki knows he's made bad decisions in his life. Looking back on things, he regrets how he treated Izuku. But no matter how badly he wants to take back the past, what's done is done.
So now, here he is, sitting in a cafe and trying to make amends by whatever means necessary. He may not be able to fix the past, but he could try to fix the future.
The door opens and the extras pour in. They find the explosive boy easily and sit with him. Not all of the class is here though (which is something Bakugo expected). Only Shinso, Tsu, Ochaco, Iida, Kirishima, Momo, and Todoroki came. An adult also sits at the table next to Todoroki.
The teens recognize him as the man Shoto hugged a few days ago.
"Why is he here?" Kirishima asks.
"Toya wants to help." the younger Todoroki replies.
"Who is he (ribbit)?" Tsu frowns at the mystery person and asks the questions everyone else wants to be answered.
"I'm Todoroki Toya, but you can just call me Dabi." The black-haired man introduces himself.
"Why do you want to help?" Bokugo questions as he glares at him suspiciously.
Dabi sighs, "I have reason to believe your friend...Midoriya is someone I know."
If anything, Dabi's answer only creates more questions within the teenager's minds.
"Guys," Shoto cuts off their questions, "I think we should focus on the plan. My brother is trustworthy."
Deciding to have faith in Todoroki, the teens move on to planning.
"We first need to find out where they're keeping Deku." Bakugo states.
"How are we supposed to find that out?" Momo murmurs more to herself than the others.
They all fall silent in thought but their half-formed plans are broken as Dabi speaks up.
"I know where their base is."
They all look at him in surprise.
"Well, why the hell didn't you say that earlier!? Let's go!" Bakugo makes to stand but the others stop him.
"As tempting as that would be," Shinso begins, "We need to make a plan first."
"We should make it on the way," Shoto says as he too stands, "The longer we wait, the longer Izuku is in the villain's custody, we have no idea what they're doing to him. For all, we know they're torturing him for information!"
