"What?!" Present Mic exclaims.

"How do we know you're telling the truth?" Vlad King says in shock.

"How do you know I'm not." I shoot back, raising an eyebrow for effect.

"None of us are saying that you're lying, but you have to admit, it does seem far-fetched." Hound Dog points out.

I guess but this is a world of quirks, can anything really be 'far-fetched'." I say making air quotations with my fingers, "If you want, I'll prove it to you."

"Isn't it generally against the rules of time travel to give away things?" Nezu asks picking up on what I mean.

I glance at him in slight confusion wondering what he means.

"What do you mean?" Cementoss says, voicing my thoughts.

"Haven't you heard of the 'Butterfly Effect'?"

'Oh, that's what he means!'

Unfortunately, everyone else doesn't seem to know and just stares at Nezu.

"He means that if you change, even a tiny event like stepping on a butterfly, the past could be dramatically altered." I see a few nods of understanding, "For example, if I chopped down a tree, I just erased someone because that tree is where their parents first met, and without that meeting, they were never born. Makes sense now?"

I hear mummers of agreement at my explanation.

"Ok..." Midnight begins, "so because of this Butterfly thing you can't tell us anything about the future?"

"Not necessarily." I reply, "Since I want to change the future it doesn't matter what I tell you."

"Isn't the future cool though?" Yamada asks without his usual ear-splitting yells (thank goodness).

"It was," I can't help smile fondly, remembering the good times.

"Was?" Snipe speaks.

I lean back on the couch, debating on how much to tell them.

"A lot of things happened, people died, there was a war between Heroes and Villains."

"War?" I look at All Might, who has been quiet until now, "Who won?"

"Won!" I can't help but smile bitterly as I look at the no.1 hero, "No one won."

He falls quiet under my gaze.

"So," Midnight says, breaking the tense silence, "What are we doing in the future?"

She motions to her fellow teachers. I swallow and look away.

"Fine," I lie and change the subject, "Don't you want to hear my proof though?"

A mischievous smile appears on my face.

"Most definitely!" Present Mic yells in elation.

"Well I could tell you a lot of things, but since only one person knows this secret I think it will be the best to prove my point," I say my grin widening.

The teachers look at me with a mix of apprehension and excitement.

I lean forward a bit, "Don't tell him I told you...but Aizawa has a secret love for cats. He has about 10 in his house. If you want I can name them all."

The room goes silent as I lean back trying to stifle my chuckles at the shocked expressions. Then I put on a face of mock horror.

"Shit! I forgot he was in the room." I smile evilly and look at a wide-eyed Aizawa, "Oops."
