Hyunjin and Felix were walking out of the market place to the orphanage. It was Felix's shift. When they were walking in the crowded road people were looking away, avoiding eye contact and backing up as they saw Hyunjin. For a second he thought it was because of the sword but then he remembered it was thanks to that infamous gang leader who had the same face as him.

People were scared of Hyunjun, he was not like Hyunjin. Even if Hyunjin had a cold distant look he'd never hurt someone unless they tried to hurt him or Felix. But Hyunjun had this twisted side, he liked seeing people in pain.

Hyunjin felt like he was living in his brother's shadow. As much as he wanted to help people they avoided him because they thought he was the same as his evil twin.

It made hyunjin sick and infuriated.

"You can wait here right? The kids will get scared if they see your sword." Felix seemed to hesitate. Hyunjin sat on the stone bench by the gate. "Go on I'll be watching." Felix smiled and ran to the orphanage door and knocked.

Hyunjin watched as the kids surrounded Felix, held his hands and jumped around in excitement. They really did like Felix...

Felix never missed a day of working there after he moved in with Hyunjin.

It was his home.

Felix was just Six years old when his parents set fire to their house, left Felix at the gates of the orphanage to go and kill themselves. They jumped to the void, the very place Hyunjin met Felix.

Since then the orphanage was his home. Hyunjin visited Felix almost everyday till the day Hyunjin saved up enough for an apartment room far away from his own house.

Felix had Kenophobia because of his parents. The fear of huge dark spaces and voids. He was sacred to even take the subway without Hyunjin. It became a trauma. There were days Hyunjin had to run to Felix's room in the middle of the night because he had nightmares.

The more he thought about these things made him hate this life more.

Hyunjin looked up and sighed.

"Hyunjun, what are you doi-" Hyunjin turned his head towards the voice. It was Jisoo. His brother's girlfriend.

"Oh you're not him. Sorry from afar I couldn't tell." There was an awkward silence between them. "Can I sit here?" Hyunjin looked away.

She sat next to him. "So what are you doing here?" She asked.

"Are you here to spy on me or something?"

"No I just came here to see the children... Are you acting like this towards be because who I date?"

"It's nothing that I care about." Hyunjin shrugged.

"You're so mean sometimes. Just like your brother."

Hyunjin scoffed. "Don't compare me to that asshole, I'm nothing like him."

"Prove it to me." Her voice sounded different. He turned his head to look at her. She was smiling. He knew what she was playing at. It wasn't the right thing to do but the thought of pissing off his brother seemed tempting.

Hyunjin leaned to her ear. "I can show you that myself when we're alone." And grinned. She blushed and stood up. "I'll wait I guess." And ran off quickly.

Hyunjin looked over the fence and sure enough his brother's henchman was jogging away to tell his boss what his brother did.

Hyunjin felt a weird sense of satisfaction.

Felix wasn't out yet. Why did it take him so long? Hyunjin walked up to the orphanage and knocked. An elderly woman stepped outside.

"Excuse me but is Felix still with the kids?" She looked puzzled.

"He left about an hour ago honey." She closed the door on the stunned Hyunjin.

Why did he leave without telling him? Maybe he forgot that Hyunjin was outside? Then again Hyunjin didn't even see Felix leaving.

Hyunjin ran to their apartment as fast as he could.

Please let Felix be there please please he kept praying.

Felix was inside the house making coffee in the kitchen. He turned his head around to see who opened the door and gasped. "I AM SO SORRY I FORGOT YOU WERE THERE." Hyunjin let out a sigh of relief. "I thought someone kidnapped you, you idiot. Don't scare me like that." Hyunjin sat on the living room couch placing the sword on the coffee table.

"I really am sorry, I got too carried away with the kids." Felix gave Hyunjin a sheepish grin and sat net to him. Hyunjin scowled.

Felix sat next to Hyunjin and looked at him, he was at the verge of tears. "Get your puppy dog eyes away please, I'm not mad." Felix instantly got up and smiled.

"What a relief."

"Tomorrow is the day." Felix leaned against the door opposite to Hyunjin. He kept chewing his bottom lip.

"Don't remind me." Hyunjin stood up while taking off his jacket.

"I'm not going."

Black haired one is Hwang Hyunjin, and the silver haired one is his twin, Hwang Hyunjun 🙂.
