Peter POV
I've cleaned the kitchen three times now and Noah is pacing in the living room. Derek and Stiles should be here soon we are both nervous.
"Hun, are you sure we need to really do this?" Noah asked with a pained look on his face.
"Noah, you know damn well if we don't tell your son he will kill me and then you," I say hyperactively.
We both were nervous and on edge. I pull Noah into a hug and he sighs.
I put my forehead to his and say "You know they love both of us and will be nothing but happy so stop worrying so much. You are just like your son."
I smile at him and he laughs.
"Yeah, well he had to get it somewhere." He says pulling me in for a kiss.
I hear the Jeep pull into the driveway and take in a deep breath.
Stiles POV
"Hey sour wolf, do you want to go to my dad's for dinner tonight? Peter says it will just be us and them."
Derek looks up from the newspaper he is reading and says "Whatever you want to do dear."
We both start laughing.
I send Peter a text.
S: Hey Pete! We will be there!
P: Ugh you know I hate when you call me that. Anyway, see you tonight.
Live has been good. Derek's book has been on Beacon Hill's best sellers list for a few weeks now. I continued to do two workouts a day, and study my ass off. I was starting my third year of college this year, once I've finished, I would finally have my bachelor's in law enforcement and be able to apply to the police station. Once I've worked there for a couple of years I could apply to Quantico and finally, hopefully, begin my FBI training. It was hard to believe that I was well on my way. If you told me my life would be this good like 5 years ago, I would not have believed you. To be honest I haven't been this happy in a long time.
Derek POV
This day was uneventful which is fine with me.
I read the newspaper, kissed Stiles, worked out, kissed Stiles, took a shower with Stiles, kissed Stiles, got caught up with emails, and then kissed Stiles again.
Life is good.
We are getting ready to ride over to Peter and Noah's house, it will be nice to spend some time with them.
Ever since I fixed up Stiles Jeep, we drive it everywhere for everything. Which I did not mind, Stiles always complained that I drive like a grandma anyway.
Funny how the werewolf is the more responsible one on the road.
Stiles the speed demon skids into his dad's driveway. I am giving him a sideways glance.
"Der, don't you even start. We made it safe and sound." He says.
"Whatever you say, babe," I say smiling.
See Stiles loves to argue. I don't quite understand it but I know when I just let it go it drives him nuts.
"Hale, I know what the hell you are doing." He says pointing at me.
"I really have no idea what you are talking about," I say giggling.
He smacks me in the arm as we head toward the house.
