The scientists first worked on the taller brown haired brown eyed female. To get her to stop thrashing around they had to inject her with a sleeping-liquid-thing.. yeah.
First they changed her hair length: to just slightly below her jaw line.
Next they changed the color to: aqua blue with two longer strands on each side that meet her upper chest.
Then they melted aqua blue conacts on her eyes to change the natural color of them.
Then the longest part of the rest, the sergery to insert a chip to control change small things in her brain.
The chip it self has its own computer instaled in it but they had a group of experianced computer technitions that re-wrote the programing in the small chip.
After the sergery they left the now-aqua blue haired female in the hospital bed with a nurse and a doctor at her side to care for her.
