Today is Prom and I couldn't be more excited. My mom wanted to help me get ready but I told her that Scarlie and I were going to get ready together. She was sad but non the less understood.
Jess was going to pick us up at my house as well. So, that's why she was with me. I mean we could've did it at her house but her mom was at work, unfortunately. She did however see her in the dress beforehand so, it all worked out in the end.
Scar and I looked at Pinterest ideas on how to do our hair. I mean we knew that we wanted it to be long of course but we just didn't know to style it. We were doing hair first because we didn't want our make up to run. With us sweating and not because it's hot but because we are really frantic on getting ready and on time.
I finally found a look. It was actually really cute and went so well with my dress.

"Scarlie, what do you think about this hairstyle." I said.
"That looks so good." She said.
"Thank you, I do try." I said. She shoved my shoulder as we both ended up laughing.
"Here, let me help you find yours." I said. I then looked at Scarlie. I then scrolled through her phone.
I found it. I then showed it to Scar. Her eyes lit up as she fell in love with it.

"It's perfect. Plus with the stitching I did to the dress, it's perfect." She said. The front of the dress low cut was too low for her not to mention anyone really, so she altered some of it and now it looks better.
We then got started on each other's hair. I started with her first and then she did me next. After we finished our hair we then did our make up. My look was well.... smokey eye and added a little bit of everything. Scarlie wanted to have wings and a natural look. Since everything below her chin was already enough she wanted to have her face still give the wow factor but also natural.
We then changed into our dresses. The final reveal was absolutely shocking. Scar looked amazing and I gotta say, I was really proud of my work.
"Mi, you look absolutely gorgeous. I mean that dress was definitely your dress." She said.
