"You can defeat him, panda! And Y/n will be with you." Master Shifu stared at us, pinning his arms behind his back in a superior position.

Po gaped at Shifu and he stood up, raising his brow, "Are you kidding? If they can't..." His eyes wandered over to the Five, exhausted and battered, his voice tinted with desperation, "They're five masters. I'm just one me."

"But you will have the one thing that no one else does." He said with determination and looked at Po.

Now realising what he had said, Po's eyes widened in disbelief, while my mouth was wide open as I sat on the ground.

Inside the Hall of Warriors, the Dragon Scroll and the Phoenix Scroll rested in the mouth of the golden dragon on the ceiling.

Following the others, I trudged my way into the Hall of Warriors, limping as I went. From there I saw that Master Shifu and Po had already entered and were having a father-son moment.

Po glanced back and forth from Master Shifu to the two scrolls that were in the giant dragon's mouth.

"You really... believe I'm ready?" Po stared at Master Shifu worriedly, fiddling with his fingers while speaking.

"You are.." Master Shifu's voice lingered for a moment, deciding whether or not to speak of the panda's name, "Po."

I glanced sideways to Crane and he returned it with a reassuring smile, his smile, it brings me so much hope and.. happiness..?

Po looked over to Oogway's staff that was hung on a rack surrounded by candles.

As we stood by, Shifu carried the staff over to the swimming pool (as I call it).

Closing his eyes, he bowed his head and held the staff up above his head.

Whirling the staff with a stirring motion, the peach blossom petals rise up from the pool.

The tor n a do rose up to meet the carving of the dragon in the ceiling , the petals reaching to touch the scrolls. The petals loosened the scrolls from the dragon's mouth and they both fell.

Mouth agape, my eyes widened in surprise as Master Shifu caught the two scrolls in the swimming pool, the two scrolls were perfectly balanced on top of one another, held in a vertical stance.

Master Shifu held both precious scrolls in front of him and said in awe, "Behold. The Dragon Scroll and The Phoenix Scroll..."

Po reached for the scroll, but hesitated, while I accepted the Scroll that was bestowed upon me, I stared at it in astonishment. I never knew that I, a lonesome crane, who works in a noodle shop, could be a kung fu master in such a short time. To be fair I trained myself, but I did not have a master until a week ago.

Po frowned, "Wait... what happens when I read it?"

Stepping forward, Master Shifu's eyes shone with wonder, "No one knows, but legend says you will be able to hear a butterfly's wing-beat."

Po yelled with glee, "Whoa! Really? That's cool."

"Yes. And see light in the deepest cave. You will feel the universe in motion around you."

Po was getting fanboy-ish again, "Wow! Can I punch through walls? Can I do a quadruple backflip? Will I have invisibility-"

"Focus... focus."

I chuckled at my brother's enthusiasm, Po controlled himself and replied, "Huh? Oh, yeah... yeah."

Master Shifu probably forgot that I was right behind Po, "Read it, Po, and fulfil your destiny. Read it and become... the Dragon Warrior!"
