Chapter 4- A Fiesty One

-Y/N's POV-

As the doors were slammed open, Shifu shouted, making Po screech in surprise, "What are you both doing here?!"

Po seriously got startled, even if I forewarned him? I sighed in disappointment.

Po turned around to face the Master, and bowed, while being stretched between two training horses, "Hey! Uh.. good morning Master! I thought I'd just warm up a little.."

Po then tried to remove his leg from off of the training equipment, but he failed miserably.

Master Shifu continued to glare at Po, "You're stuck."

Po tried to waved it off to avoid further embarrassment,"Stuck?! Whaa? Pfft... stuck... does this look stuck to you..." Before succumbing into defeat, "Yeah, I'm stuck."

I rolled my eyes and made my way to Po, before Master Shifu said anything to Crane, I grabbed Po's arms with both of my talons and lifted him up from his.. stuck position.

Po sighed in relief, "Thanks Y/n."

Master Shifu scoffed, "You actually thought you could learn to do a full split in one night?"

He walked near the pile of stone boards, "It takes years to develop one's flexibility." Flinging two of them up in the air, I saw Tigress stepping forward, I'm just very confused right now. "And years longer to apply it in combat." He smirked, this is giving me very bad vibes..

Shifu snapped his fingers. Instantly, Tigress leapt up and did a perfect split kick in the middle of the air.

After smashing the boards, she landed on the ground.

Po literally had a kung fu-gasm..

She glared at Po, earning a scoff from me, "Showoff." I muttered under my breath.

Tigress went back to Shifu's side then crossed her arms, her tail swishing side by side impatiently.

My feathers were ruffled, I swear this woman is so unbearable.

My unpleasant thoughts and possibly death threats to Tigress were interrupted when Shifu shouted sternly for Po to put down a chunk of stone that he had picked up.

"Let's get started." Master Shifu smiled evilly.

Shifu snaps his fingers. The Furious Five gather in a line in the courtyard.

Master Shifu signalled for Viper and Po to face off.

"Are you ready?" Viper stayed in her spot.

Po grinned, getting into a kung fu-ish stance,"I was born ready—"

Viper lashed out with her tail, resulting in Po being flung into the air and him crashing back down on his head. Youch.

"OW! Ooh..."

Viper looked at Po apologetically, "I'm sorry, brother! I thought you said you were ready!"

"That was awesome! Let's go again!"Po's eyes were shining with determination.

Master Shifu looked quite agitated, but he held up hand and snapped his finger, signalling for another spar to begin.

Monkey held up a bamboo staff and twirled it.

He then lunged at Po, after smacking him a couple of times, Po fell and Monkey bonked his head.

"Yikes." I shielded myself from that horrible sight with my wing.

Shifu groaned exasperatedly.

"Panda. You will spar later with a more difficult opponent." He rolled his eyes, arms behind back.
