YAMADA POV

Muri arrived fairly quickly, and I'm guessing Shouta told her to hurry. She gave me an odd look before grabbing my arm and pulling me to the side.

"What the hell is happening? Shouta's been acting weird, and you look like you've seen a ghost," Muri demanded. I ran a hand down my face, sighing before finding my voice to speak.

"We got a lead on what happened to Deku, and it involves Yagi. I'm going over there now to find out what happened," I explained.

"You better keep me updated, bitch," Muri said, punching me in the arm.

"We'll see, it depends on what happened, slut," I shot back, smirking slightly and rubbing my arm.

"Oh, if only you weren't gay~~" Muri said in a sing-song voice.

"Shouta would still kill you," I smiled, turning on my heels and leaving.

I got halfway to the door when Kirishima stopped me.

"You're going to see Aizawa-sensei, right?" He asked. I nodded my head, concern flashing on my face.

"He was acting weird all class, and really snappy with everyone. Is he ok?" Kirishima asked in a quiet voice. I smiled at the sharp-toothed-kid.

"He's fine, nothing to worry about," I reassured, but I wasn't totally convinced myself. I figured Shou was stressed and anxious, but based on what Kirishima said, I think it was worse than I thought.

I left the building in a hurry, getting to the school as quickly as possible. Shou was pacing in front of the building and I ran up to him. I put my hand on his shoulder to get him to stop pacing and to look at me.

"Shou, are you ok?" I asked softly. His eyes met mine, his glare so strong I thought my eyebrows burned off. "Right, bad question," I sighed.

"Let's get this over with, he hasn't left yet," Shouta said, walking back into the building without a second to loose. I ran after him, both of us making our way to the teachers lounge.

Sitting inside was Small Might, his hands twisting in his lap with Nezu sitting across from him.

"What are you doing here?" Aizawa growled, failing to keep his anger down. I grabbed onto his hand, holding it tight as he tried to push me away, eventually he gave up.

"I was there when Deku yelled at Yagi, I think I deserve to know about his past as much as you do, Aizawa," Nezu said, smiling up at the teacher, only making Shouta angrier.

"Speak, now," Shouta demanded, glaring at Toshinori. He looked ready to pass out, but took a deep breath anyway and started.

"A few years ago I was dealing with a sludge villain and this kid grabbed onto me while I was jumping away. We landed on a building, and I had to shrink down, showing him my true self," Yagi started, looking down into his lap while he retold the story.

"H-he asked me if he could become a hero without a quirk, I didn't know what to say! It was dangerous for a quirkless person to become a hero in this day and age! So I told him the truth," Yagi whispered the last part, shocking all of us.

"I told him it wasn't safe, and left to deal with the villain. I didn't know what became of the child, but now I do," He finished. It took me a while to snap out of my thoughts, but I felt Shouta shaking with rage from beside me.

"HE WAS A KID AND YOU CRUSHED HIS DREAMS!! THEN LEFT HIM ON A ROOF!! HOW COULD YOU DO THAT!?" Shouta yelled, he started to walk towards Toshinori but I held him back.
