I didn't hesitate to push the door open and strut through, not caring that a deflated version of All Might was currently sitting in one of the chairs.

"I would like you to note that I just chucked a rock at the back of one of my classmates heads in retaliation to Aizawa telling me I wouldn't hurt a kid, and I'd do it again. I want out of the Sports Festival, and I don't care what you say," I demanded, locking eyes with the animal behind the desk.

"Is that so? Why do you not want to compete?" Nezu asked brightly.

"Because the only reason you want me there is to prove that you "fixed" me enough not to kill a student, and I would like to point out that you haven't. The only reason I haven't killed anyone yet is because I don't want to, not because you are stopping me or healing me from past traumas," I stated.

"Then wouldn't the Sports Festival be a great way to show us?" Nezu asked, taking me by surprise.

"Excuse me? Do you want me to kill a child, because you could have said so from the beginning!" I yelled, taking another step towards the sadistic motherfucker.

"I am simply saying that I don't understand why you wish to drop out, is all," Nezu smiled.

"Because I'm not some trophy you can wave around! "Hey, look at us! We adopted this sad tormented villain and are making him good!"" I mocked, waving my arms around.

"Does this hint that your past is particularly bad?" Nezu asked. My head snapped in his direction, blood practically boiling.

"No," I growled, my voice dangerously low. I noticed Toshinori moving uncomfortably in his chair, just confirming that he remembers who I am.

"Izuku Midoriya, we have attempted to contact your mother, Inko Midoriya, but have yet to hear anything from her," Nezu said, watching me with calculating eyes.

"Leave. Her. Out. Of. This." I demanded, the unseen threat hanging in the air.

"I will not allow you to back out from the Sports Festival, as this isn't just about our school's image. I want to see your full capabilities, and while we will have all our available heroes on watch, I do not believe you will badly injure a student, despite your threats," Nezu smiled.

"Of course, if you wish to disclose the real reason behind you wanting to opt out, then I might reconsider my decision," I glared at the bad excuse for a science experiment, but Yagi's senseless nervous energy was getting on my nerves.

I turned to Skelator, looking him dead in the sunken eyes. "I should have died on that rooftop, it would have been more merciful that whatever's about to happen to me now," My voice was monotone, but I knew the words hit their mark as Yagi's face paled and his eyes widened. I turned on my heels and slammed the office door shut behind me.

I had to talk one of the heroes into walking me back to the dorms, eventually Yamada, or present mic, agreed.

"How long have you and Aizawa been together?" I asked after a few minutes of silence. Yamada chocked on air, looking at me with clear shock on his face.

"Excuse me?" He asked.

"Oh please, I saw the way you looked at him when we were fighting, and when I asked him about it he didn't disagree. I know you have known each other since I believe middle school, which leads to the question, when did you two get together?" I explain, staring straight ahead of me.

"Shouta's going to kill me, but right after graduation when we both became pro heroes," Yamada smiled gently.

"Doesn't that mean you had to see each other hurt right at the beginning of your relationship?"
