Aizawa walked down the halls next to me. I scratched at my arms as my eyes scanned the walls and people passing us. He led me to another room that was securely locked, opening it to reveal a table lined with weapons.
My eyes scanned the table before freezing on a set of throwing daggers and a hunting knife. I gingerly picked them up, checking the sharpness of the blades and the weight of them in my hands.
"You haven't practiced with them in a while, are you sure you can still do it?" Aizawa asked from the doorway. I turned my gaze to him, my actions too fast to catch. In a second, I had a blade whizzing past Aizawa's ear and embedding itself into the concrete wall behind him. I watched as Aizawa's eyes widened in surprise, but he didn't seem too fazed. "Alright then," He sighed.
"We need to get into position, has my friend said anything?" I ask, strapping the knives to my person and picking up a small revolver just in case.
"She said they plan to leave as soon as most of the people are gone, wanting to get as many heroes to leave before they attack. She said you would know how long it would take for them to arrive," Aizawa explained. I gave him a curious look as to how he broke our code, he seemed to understand my question fairly quickly. "She guessed that you were busy and stopped using the code, though, she says some weird things," He explained.
"It should only take them 10 minutes to arrive, but with the League coming it could take longer. The league base is 20 minutes away, but it's entirely possible that they grouped up at my father's base first. Ask her if Shiggy's there," I said, watching as Aizawa pulled out his phone.
"Shiggy? As in Shigaraki?" He asked, his eyebrow raised at me.
"You can call him Handjob if you want, she'll get the idea," I shrugged. Aizawa quickly shook his head, sending the message out. In a matter of seconds, a text came back. Aizawa quickly handed the phone over as it was encrypted again.
"She's with our allies right now. The League is with my dad, Shiggy and him are planning, but won't allow anyone else in. She said Twice and Magne are in on the plan," I read, my anxiety bubbling up in me once again. I let out a shaky breath before returning my gaze to the tired old man.
"We haven't told the other heroes about them, it would become a problem for all of them to not fight a villain, even if they're on our side. They know to avoid the main fight, right?" He asked and I nodded my head.
"Where is Kacchan going to be?" I asked. Aizawa had to think for a minute before figuring out who Kacchan was.
"Bakugou will be in the main fight," The old man said.
"Just keep him away from my father," I sighed, running my hand down my face.
"Why is it so important to keep them separated?"
"Because my father hates him, and I have to be the only target. If Kacchan gets in the way he'll most likely die, and I cannot have an additional casualty," I explained, looking to the ground.
"I think we're finally starting to smooth out your villainous edges," Aizawa smirked.
"I will stab you in the knee," I growled.
"Still aggressive, but there's potential in you," Aizawa joked, and I pushed past him and into the hall.
"Deku!!" Someone yelled from behind me. I turned around quickly to see Uraraka running up to me. She stopped short and stared at me with wide eyes, "Are those knives?" She asked.
"...Yes," I sigh, knowing there was no way around it.
"Something's happening today, isn't there? Bakugou's been acting weird, and there's a lot of heroes here, way more than normal," She explained, worry overtaking her features.
