BENNETT'S POINT OF VIEW:
That could quite possibly have been the most nervous I have ever been in my entire life.
I was so unsure whether to play that idol or not, that I was feeling physically sick.
I played it because I was getting some wierd vibes from Mora. She wasn't speaking strategy to me for the rest of the day, which is very out of the ordinary, so I felt like she was hiding something from me. I just guessed that she would be planning to blindisde Kate.
By playing the idol I have basically lost all mutual trust with Mora. I do not trust her anymore because she tried to go against me, and I dont think she trusts me either because I played an idol she told me about. I do feel like I was obliged to share the idol with her, but it is quite useless being shared if she was going to turn her back on my anyway. So I don't really have any regret there.
Returning back to camp, Mora hasn't spoken to me. Which is very out of the ordinary, but obviously self-explainatory.
"So, when did you get that idol?" Leon asks me, with a bit of a tone in his voice. I look over at Mora who rolls her eyes, and crawls into the shelter.
"Well, I found it today. When all you went to cut down a tree, or something, I had a clue and it lead me to under the tribe flag. Kate and Erika helped me dig" I tell the group
Erika and Kate look awkwardly as their names are said
"So, you knew about the idol?" Leon asks Kate and Erika, to which they nod
"Did you know he was going to play it tonight?" Leon questions
"No, I didn't" Kate says, "that was as shocking for me as it was for all of you, and I was really confused. I had no clue you were all going to blindside me"
Kate smiles as she says 'blindside'. Becasue she pervailed. She beat all these people.
After being interogated by the tribe, Kate and I went to sit on the beach. I can only see silohettes of basic figures, that are being lit by the glistening moonlight.
We sit down infront of the trashing shore, and Kate takes a huge sigh of relief
"Oh my gosh, I cannot thank you enough man" Kate says, "how did you know to play it?"
"Well, everyday Mora talks about voting you out" I tell her
"Really! Are you serious!?" cries Kate. I tell her to hush
"Yeah, so she had been acting really suspicious not talking to me. I just felt uneasy during Tribal Council. I honestly thought I wouldn't need to play it, but I was going to anyway. just to be safe" I say to her
"Wow! I am so impressed" Kate says, patting me on the back. I blush
"But what is going to happen now?" Kate asks, worried
"What do you mean?" I say
"Well, it will be four on three. Me, you and Erika aren't enough to have the numbers. Leon, Harrison, Mora and Courtney will still vote me off. There are no more idols to play, what do we do?" she clarifies
"Can we please asess that later, I am so tired" I yawn, rubbing my eyes.
The two of us walk up to the shelter. Kate is right though, what happens now? Can we survive the next Tribal Council?
DAY 27
LEON'S POINT OF VIEW:
I barely got any sleep last night, I was that confused.
