Ellie's mom dragged her upstairs and they started talking. The boys came down and we all sat in the living room. We heard Ellie yelling and we heard everything she said. My mom was sitting next to me with her hand on my back rubbing it to relax me. I was nervous as hell. Ellie was always put down by her mom and I was terrified what was gonna happen if she said something back. We heard the entire thing and she came down the stairs and took the keys to Jonahs cars and left driving away. Ellie's mom came down and walked in front of me
Carrie: this is all your fault
Jonah: JEEZ MOM are you that blind?!
Carrie: what are you talk about sweetheart
Jonah: Mom literally all of us were there at the beach, you said Ellie couldn't hold a bf and as soon as she gets one you ruin it. She's right, it doesn't take a genius to see how much your words to hurt her.
You've bodyshamed her multiple times, several of which were in front of big groups of people. You make her feel bad for literally everything she does. She didn't even have a childhood because she spent ALL of her time in the schools gym doing sports, in the band room learning ANOTHER instrument, in a classroom being in a club she doesn't like, crying at night because her confidence has gotten so low
that she stays up all night thinking about what's wrong with her. AND on top of that she didn't wanna talk to me about it because she didn't want to make me feel bad for being successful. SHE LITERALLY FINISHED COLLEGE MONTHS EARLY BECAUSE SHE WAS AHEAD OF THE CURRICULUM! and after all your pushing and comparing you got a hardworking talented girl but you lost a daughter.
