Year 2: On Top of a Train

It was the day you got it go back to Hogwarts which you were very excited about. You already had all of your clothes packed. You wore white shirt with a red flannel and skinny jeans which you folded over at the ankles and you wore hiking boots. You also wore your hair in two Dutch braids which you wore all the time. You were too innocent as you were only 12 at the time.

You had a great long sleep last night as you hadn't had a good sleep in long time. When you walked downstairs you saw Harry had a similar outfit on.

You all left and got to Kings Cross station. First went the twins, then Ginny followed by Molly and Arthur Weasley, finally Harry, you and Ron except when you three tried to run through you flew straight into the wall.

"Owwww" you said laying on the ground as it had effected you more because of your previous injuries. Your voice wasn't as broken though but it still wasn't normal.

"Are you ok Y/n?!" Harry asked worried as tears started falling from your eyes.

You nodded your head and tried getting up so you didn't look like a baby.

"You've been acting different ever since we got you." Ron exclaimed.

"Oh erm" you said.

"It's ok Y/n you can tell us" Harry said.

"Oh it's.. it's nothing".

Harry and Ron gave each other a look as they knew you were lying.

"Oh look we've missed the train!" you said trying to change the subject.

"Yeah for some reason the gateway sealed itself" Harry said pressing his hand against the gateway.

"Well let's go wait by the car" you stated.

"The car!" Ron said enthusiastically.

Once you got in the car it started floating and it started to ride off.

"Ron, Muggles are accustomed to seeing a flying car." Harry stated.

"Oh right" Ron said pressing a button as the car suddenly turned invisible.

You flyed in the air for awhile when the car started turning visible again. It was ok though as you were deep in the Scottish mountains.

"Let's go lower to try and find the train." you said.

Ron went lower and flying along the tracks you started to hear the train.

"We must be getting close!" Ron said excited.

You all smiled when you realized the train was behind you. Now the train was speeding up to the car and Ron swayed the car to the side making it twist upside down. You all screaming your door flew open and you fell out. You were holding on with all your might as Harry and Ron tried grabbing you.

"Y/N!" they both screamed.

You then couldn't hold on any longer with your calloused, bruised, burnt fingers. You fell and landed on top of the train and you held on to anything you could. The wind was flying and you hand to hold on even tighter. You were getting close to Hogwarts the last thing you saw was the school and then you blacked out.

While you were blacked out
The train arrived at Hogwarts and Y/n's body on top blacked out.

The students were walking off the train when Hagrid said "Is that Y/n?!".

Everyone looked up and gasped to see your unconscious body laying on top.

Ron and Harry had crashed in the Whomping Willow tree and practically got smashed into pieces.

Y/n suddenly started screaming as she started getting horrid thoughts which Voldemort had placed into her mind but she was still unconscious while doing it. She screamed so loud piercing everyone's ears as Hagrid went to get Dumbledore and a few other teachers.

They all walked out and gasped as they saw Y/n's unconscious body that was screaming on top of the train. All the students were standing there silent as they saw Y/n.

Ron and Harry were getting lectured in Snape's office as Harry blurted out "IS Y/N OK!?".

Snape and Filtch looked confused and asked what was wrong with Y/n.

"When we were riding in the car, we lost control and the door flew open and Y/n fell out onto the train." Harry said.

Snape's eyes suddenly widened as he rushed out to the train stop along with Filtch, Ron, and Harry. They immediately gasped as they saw Y/n with her piercing screams.

"Is anyone going to help her?!" Harry screamed.

Dumbledore grabbed his wand and Y/n lifted off the train onto the ground as everyone immediately gathered around her and she went silent. Harry and Ron shoved through the crowd and leaned over Y/n.

"Everyone go with Hagrid into the castle and Professors stay here." Dumbledore declared.

As everyone started leaving Madam Pomfrey placed Y/n on a gurney.

Your POV
You immediately woke when you were placed on the gurney and tears started falling from your eyes. You wanted to stop but couldn't. You were numb and couldn't move. You were just staring into the night sky crying as the Professors took you to the hospital wing.

Ron and Harry had stayed as all the other students left and they followed.

"I'm sorry Y/n! I really am!" Ron said terrified.

You wanted to tell him it wasn't his fault but you couldn't. You just stared at the starry night sky as tears were falling down your face. You could tell Ron felt horrible as if it was all his fault and you deeply wanted to hug him and tell him it was alright and it wasn't his fault.

Tears started falling from Harry's eyes as he also felt horrible and as it was all his fault.

"I'm so sorry! If I would've held on to you tighter to lift you up back into the car and none of this would never had happened." Harry said while he was crying even more.

You wanted nothing more than to give them the biggest hug and tell them it was alright but again you were just laying numb crying.

Then you look up and saw the moon. It had the same face on it as when you used to sit on the astronomy tower.

You said faintly "dad?".
