My date with Issac is actually going well.
"So i heard you've been bragging that you are taking me out on a date in the locker room" i say
"Yeah, I got into a massive argument with Alex about it. We're all good now though" he says and I pull at face at him
"What happened?" I ask confused
"He just told me to back off which I think was way out of line considering that he has a girlfriend. Or well he did at the time" he says
"Wait what?" I ask
"He broke up with her yesterday" he says
"Why?" I ask
"Something about he doesn't have enough time to balance school, work and a relationship" he says, "anyway, enough about him, let's talk about you"
"Oh I'd rather not" i say
"Come on, let's talk about you. How much money does you parents earn?" He asks
"Excuse me?" I ask shocked
"Come on, my parents are millionaires. If this relationship is going to work, I need to know how much money you earn" he says
Much more than your parents.
"If you'll excuse me, I just need the use the facilities" i say before leaving and i head into the toilets
I ring Luca.
"What's up Lily? How's your date?" He asks me
"Awful! Can you come and pick me up? But can you ring with an emergency in about two minutes so then it looks realistic" i say
"Okay where are you?" He asks
"Your one of my families security guards, I know that you know here I am" i say
"Fine, you've caught me. I'll ring you in a minute" he says
"Thank you so much" I say
"I'll see you soon" he says before hanging up
I make my way back to the table and I sit down.
"That was quick" he says
"What we're you timing?" I ask and he laughs
"No, but next time I'll be counting how long it takes for something else" he says
Oh my god.
All of a sudden my phone rings, Luca.
Thank fuck.
"Hello?" I ask
"Hey, how do you want me to play this? Your grandma is dead or your dads been in a car accident?" He asks
"Wait what? I didn't hear you for a second there" i say
"Ella, your dads been in a car accident" he says
"Oh my god!" I say, "well is he okay?"
"No he had fatal injuries and had multiple blood transfusions" he says
"Okay, I'm coming now" I say
"Me too, I'm halfway there" he says
"Okay bye" i say before hanging up
"I've got to go, my dads been in a car crash" i say
"Wait really?" He asks and i nod
"Does that mean any money he earns will go to you?" He asks
"I'm not sure" i say standing up
"I'll pay for the meal" he says
"No I can pay for my own food" i say taking out some cash
"Well should we do this again?" He asks me
"I don't think we clicked" i tell him and he nods
"Okay, well I'll stick to my word" he says
"Thank you I appreciate it" i say and I see Lucas car pull up in the car park
"I've got to go" i say before rushing away
I rush out of the restaurant and into the car park and I get into his car.
"Oh my god, thank you so so so so so much!" I say
"It's no problem, what was the problem?" He asks me
"He just started talking about how much money my father earned and kept asking a lot of inappropriate questions about me and my family" i say
"He sounds like a dick" he says
"I only agreed to go out with him because he don't leave me alone at school, he says nags and begs me to go out with him" i say
"At least now your rid of him" he says
"Yeah I guess" I say

"How was the date?" Lydia asks me
"Shit, how was the breakup?" I ask
"Shit" she says before crying
"Hey come here" i say pulling her into a hug
"What happened?" I ask has
"He did cheat on me" she says
"What?" I ask
"He got so angry he started shouting at me" she says
"Oh darling, ignore him. I know you know him but he's not worth it at all" i say
"I feel so much better now I'm free from him, but the way he spoke to me way horrible" she says, "I feel like a weights been lifted from my shoulders"
"That's a good sign, a very good sign" i say and she nods
"I'm going out with Leo next Tuesday" she says and i smile
"Where to?" I ask
"A flower garden, we're going to have a picnic and he said there's a maze. It should be fun" she says with a smile
"I'm happy for you" I tell her
"Thank you, and I hope you sort everything out. You sounded very stressed in the living room and you look very stressed" she says
"My life is far from easy, I just have to do as best as I can" i tell her
