The book has undergone extensive editing, and I’ve made a few updates to the details and scenes to improve the flow of the story.

Additionally, I’ve also uploaded Crimson Veins of Fate to Amazon Kindle. As for book 3, it will take a little longer to release, as it still needs some heavy editing.

If you’ve enjoyed this story and want to read it in much better quality, head over to Amazon Kindle and grab your copy. I’d love your support! For now, Riley Hayes will remain on Wattpad, but eventually, it will be removed.

Thank you so much for your continued support and for reading!

Everything went by in a haze, the car drive, arriving 'home'. Wyatt and Christina both were worried and asked what happened. Christina even checked up on my wound. Wasn't she still angry at me?

Lena had fully punctured my arm but I refused to let Leuca heal me. Damian also was very worried. I had lost a lot of blood now and I felt fatigued because of it. "I'm fine l have gone through worse, like childbirth." I swiped Leuca's hand away as he tried to hold me up. "I'm just a human but I can do that much."

Wyatt whistled, "if I spoke to you like that, my face would be on the floor." Wyatt whispered.

"Well, you're not a human female."

"I don't think it's because of that," Christina whispered to Wyatt to soothe him.

I stumbled into the mansion and was greeted by some humans, who actually came to the door for Leuca but alas, they also had to greet me. Beth gasped as she saw the state I was in but I also held by hand to her, I was fine. I stumbled up the stairs and grumbled as I did. "Shouldn't you go after your mother?" Wyatt asked Damian.

"And face her wrath?" Damian laughed, "I like to live, it's up to dad to console her. It's his fault she's like that anyway."

"My fault?" Leuca asked as he raised his eyebrows. "Dad? You always called me just father, it's more formal. I like it more formally."

"Nah, we broke the formal barrier now. It's dad, it sounds stupid. Also yes your fault, you rejected her."

"I didn't reject her?"

Wyatt and Christina were standing at their sides watching them have a match of words. They both awkwardly watch their Lord being scolded by a young child.

"Yes, you did! You keep calling her cute names and messing with mom's feelings!" Damian looked angry as well.

Wyatt watched the humans gathering around them. "Don't you all have something to do?" Wyatt hissed at them which made them flinch and scurry to work. He turned to Damian, "Little Lord, please calm yourself and take this discussion somewhere else..."

He received a slap from Leuca on the back of his head, "don't coerce my son to take this discussion elsewhere instead of saying it to me!" Leuca scolded his first noble.

"And stop calling me little Lord!"

"Ouch!" Wyatt posted. "But if I asked you you'd get angry and say you decide yourself where to discuss."
