Not everything is Planned

Chapter 2

It was 6 a.m and my alarm was going off. I tried to not wake Will because he gets angry in the morning. I got out of bed and took a nice warm shower. I went downstairs to make some breakfast and my phone started vibrating. Must be Emily, I thought.

Emily
Hey, you ready? We gotta leave soon. Thinking of getting some donuts. Want some?

Me
Yup, all ready to go. We can get donuts only if you buy me coffee!

Emily
Deal! See you in 10!

Emily came 10 minutes later, i didnt say goodbye to Will because I didnt want to wake him. Emily and I stopped at dunkin to get some donuts and coffee. It was pretty good.

"So, how did Will take the news?" Emily asked. I knew she never really liked Will, but she is my bestfriend.

"He took it pretty well actually. I'm suprised." I said taking a sip of my coffee.

"We should get going, the jet leaves in 20 minutes." Emily said.

We both got into her car and she drove both of us to our jet. It was about a 6-7 hour flight. Both of are phones started vibrated as soon as we got on the jet, it was Hotch.

Hotch
Make sure you two get some sleep on the jet, you'll need to start working on the case as soon as you get there.

Emily
Ok, thanks for the heads up. We'll try to sleep lol.

Emily and I got on the plane and we  both turned our phones on airplane mode. We both tried to sleep for a couple of hours. I managed to fall a sleep for a little bit. A couple hours later I woke up.

"Goodmorning sleepy head." Emily said drinking coffee. "Coffee?"

"When do you ever need to ask me that?" I joked.

We landed a few hours later and it was 3:30 p.m. we both checked into the hotel Hotch got us.

"Damn! Em! This is nice! I love it!" I said amazed. It was beautiful.

"Yeah! It looks awesome." Emily agreed.

There were two bedrooms. I got the bedroom that has a big mirror on the wall. It was so pretty.

I turned my phone back on a it started vibrating like crazy. I got a ton of text messages from Will. I sighed.

"What's wrong?" Emily asked.

"Nothing. Just Will." I said reading the text messages.

Will
Wow, so you don't even say goodbye?
Why arnt you answering me.
Thought you would at least text me when you got on the plane.
Your son misses you!
Wow, so you're just going ignore me now!?
Jennifer answer me. Henry wants to call you!

Me
Sorry Will, we were on the plane. Talk later?

Emily and I both got to work. We both started to look outside the window to see if we could find the man. We looked out the wonder for a couple of hours before we both got hungry.

"Want something to eat?" Emily asked.

"Yeah, I really want pizza." I say checking my phone.

Emily ordered Pizza and we waited for it to get here. I was getting nervous because Will hasn't answered me yet and it's been 3-4 hours since I texted him last.

"The pizza here!" Emily yelled with the box of pizza in her hand. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing. It's just Will hasn't texted me back yet and I want to talk to Henry." I say getting a slice of Pizza.

"Jaje, its gonna be ok. Just call them in the morning." Emily says putting the pizza in her mouth.

We both finished the pizza and I remembered that there was an indoor pool we could go swim in.

"Hey Em? Did you bring your bathing suit?" I asked. Emily said yes. "We should give swimming! Let's go!!"

We both got are. Bathing suits on and headed to the pool. We both were a little drunk on wine, but we didnt care. Emily dove right into he water and I followed her.

"Wow, it feels great!" Emily says swimming towards me.

"It does!" I say going under water.

We swam for a little then it was getting to late so we went back inside and showered.

"I call showering first!" Emily yelled running towards the bathroom.

We both took a shower and I tried calling Will so I could talk to Henry. Nobody answered, I was getting worried. He normally answers my calls.

"What's wrong Jen?" Emily asked me.

"Oh nothing. Just that Will hasn't answered my call or texts.." I say honestly.

"Jen, just get some sleep." Enily said giving me a hug.

In that moment I felt safe. Safer then being with Will. It was a new feeling. Jennifer. No! You have a husband and a kid! I tried pushing that thought out of my head. It took me a while, but I finally fell asleep.
