Meanwhile, on Kamino, Obi-Wan contacts Master Yoda and tells him how the clone army was secretly in production for a decade. Yoda strokes his chin, "Authorized the army then, who did?" Obi-Wan says that he doesn't know. And he thinks that Jango might know more than he might be letting on. Yoda tells him that bring him there for questioning, he must.
He makes his way to Jango's apartment only to find he's not there. The armor closet is open this time and his armor is prominently on display, allowing Obi-Wan to make the connection that Jango and the kidnapper on Coruscant are the same person. Then he sees the Fett family loading cargo onto the Slave I. Obi-Wan then rushes to the landing platform. "Dad! Look!" "Boba! Get on board!"
Obi-Wan ignites his lightsaber as Jango opens fire. Boba runs onto the ship. Jango uses his jetpack as he shoots at Obi-Wan. In the cockpit, Boba points out the Jedi to his mother. She then pushes some buttons. Obi-Wan sees the ship's cannons pointed at him and jumps out of the way as it opens fire. On one of the towers surrounding the platform, Jango shoots a missile at Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan then uses the force to throw the missile back at Jango, but he dodges out of the way as the top half of the tower falls into the ocean. He then flies by Obi-Wan as he whipcords his feet, causing him to trip. Jango lands and proceeds to aim his blaster at Obi-Wan. Then Obi-Wan uses the force to trip him and he uses his lightsaber to cut the cord. Jango then notices his ship's engines powering up so he jumps on as it takes off. Obi-Wan tries to jump after him, but Jango shoots at him. Obi-Wan uses his lightsaber to deflect the blast but has him lose his focus and land back on the platform. He throws a small device which latches onto the ship as it flies away.
On Naboo, Anakin sits on a luxurious couch near a fireplace when Padme walks in, asking him if he's alright. He says he's fine, just a couple of past crazy days is all. Then Anakin notices that they are alone, the time is right, there's a beautiful sunset out the glass doors, and the music is fitting. Oh, and uh... Apparently I can't write romantic dialogue for shit. But for the love of God, DON'T LET GEORGE WRITE IT EITHER! And then they kiss and embrace as the music swells.
