Meanwhile, we see the Slave I exit hyperspace, with Obi-Wan in hot pursuit. And again, this scene plays similarly to the movie. Only we see the Slave I's blaster bolts stray away from its intended target with maybe one or two hits. Once Obi-Wan evades the bounty hunters he then heads for Geonosis' surface and lands. As soon as he does, Obi-Wan infiltrates a massive spire, which just so happens to have Count Dooku along with the other leaders of the Separatist Council.

Among these councilors are Viceroy Nute Gunray and Commander Rune Haako of the Neimodian Commonwealth, King Sanjay Vaklu of Onderon, Archduke Poggle the Lesser of Geonosis, Presidente Shu Mai of Castell, Emir  Wat Tambor of Skako, Chairman San Hill of the Muun Union, Magistrate Passel Argente of Kooriva, Duke Bec Lawise of Raxus Secondus, Commander-In-Chief Gerad of Ord Mantell, Shogun Harrsk of Trandosha, Baron Makia Velli of Umbara, and lastly, Mandalore the Invincible. He wears dark green armor with red trimmings and has a flowing, black cape. Nute Gunray mentions that if the Naboo incident has taught him anything, it's to never use organic soldiers for attack, and thanks Poggle for using his planet to manufacture his battle droids. Dooku assures everyone that with their support, they shall be able to strike the weakened Republic, and cave into their demands. Obi-Wan then leaves the building and transmits his findings to Coruscant, when he was rudely captured during the transmission.

Mace Windu then contacts Anakin on Naboo and tells him of Obi-Wan's capture and tells him to meet with the Republic fleet amassing near Geonosis immediately. Padme says she wants to go with him, but Anakin says it's too dangerous. Then she says she feels much safer with him. Anakin reluctantly agrees and they blast off.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Seeing something different about the Separatist Council? That's right they all represent discontented worlds as opposed to megacorporations. They say the Separatists in the movies are supposed to be made of disgruntled planets, so why not have actual heads of state on the council as opposed to a bunch of war profiteers?
