[ Hogwarts 1943 ]
" Well Hello, Evie" he smirked down at Evangeline. Who kept her gaze set forward. Ever since she was sorted into Hufflepuff in their first year, Tom has been nothing but cruel to poor Evangeline. Every chance he gets he tries to get under her skin, to get his 'followers', as Circe puts it, to humiliate her in the corridors, in the Great Hall, or even in class. He seems to haunt Evangeline every where she goes whether he's there or not.
The students of Hogwarts took it upon themselves to classify Evangeline Potter as " Tom's girl" and not for the reasons you may think. Everyone knows that Evangeline is constantly under the watchful eyes of Tom Riddle, whether it's for teasing or for other reasons, nobody has the nerve to mess with her.
" Riddle" she said curtly, trying her best to ignore his ignorant presences. She truly and deeply had a hatred for Tom Riddle. She enjoyed the curly haired boy's company before he stared to be a stuck-up arse to everyone in sight and deemed himself higher than everyone else, she lost interest.
" Aw, come one now, don't ignore me, Evie" he mocked. He decided in her second year that Evan wasn't 'good enough' for him to use, so he came up with Evie, much to Evangeline's dismay. Evangeline continued to ignore Tom, ad walked down the hallway, one step in front of him.
" Evangeline" he warned, like he often did when she didn't mean his standards, " When I tell you something I expect you to do it" his voice was low and dangerous, sending shivers down Evangeline's spine. And not the good kind.
When Evangeline still ignored him, Tom had about enough. Tom grabbed her shoulder from behind, pulling her to his chest, then spinning her to face him and backed her into a wall. The corridor was empty and silent, probably from everyone still being in the Great Hall eating dinner.
He pushed her body into the wall like he was trying to merge her's into the wall, then pressed his body against hers, trapping her against him and wall. Their faces were about an inch apart from each other, and despite Tom being over a foot taller then her, he bent so they held eye contact. One hand was slammed next to the right side of her head, resting against the wall, while the other one rested on her waist, squeezing it a little to hard to be friendly.
Evangeline had never been this close to him before, in fact she was never this clos to any of his body before. Evangeline blushed deeply when she felt his defined stomach pushed into hers. She felt like she could feel all of him for she only had a thin sweater one, and he only had a white button up shirt with his robes.
" Now, now Evie why must you define me" he taunted, his grip on her waist tightening with each word he gritted out. " I know you know I don't like being ignored." she could see his jaw clenching, and his grip on her waist felt like it would leave bruises.
" Get off of me, Riddle" she spat, she put her hands on his chest and pushed him back, not that he moved, he simply looked at her in amusement.
" Listen, Evangeline, I'm going to do what I want, not what you want. If I want to touch you, I'm going to touch you. If I want humiliate you, I'm going to humiliate you. And if I want you to talk to me-" he moved his face closer to hers, to know where the tips of their noses were touching, and this lips centimeters apart, " I expect you to talk to me, okay?"
Evangeline really didn't know what to do, every where his body touched hers felt like it was on fire, and she didn't know if was the good kind or bad kind. She swallowed and looked down at her feet, feeling her face getting red from how close they were.
" Nod, Evie" Tom demanded, she nodded quietly, still looking at the floor. Tom took a minute before backing off of Evangeline and smiling at her. But it was anything was sweet when Evangeline glanced up at him.
He backed a couple feet away from her so she could peel herself off the wall. When she was off, Tom continued walking down the hall like nothing ever happened. He put his hands clasped behind his back. When he didn't hear Evangeline following he looked back to see her in the same position he left her with the same red bewildered look. " Well come on, we're going to miss dinner if you don't hurry up" Tom teased, but she knew that Tom Riddle did not tease, she was sure of that.
