While Tom Riddle seemed to be in deep thought, Circe took this time to grab Eliphas and drag him away from the table. Circe knew that Tom was unpredictable and knew it could cause something no one wanted to see. And she had no idea how Tom would react to Circe thinking his daily activities of ruining Evangeline's life was flirting. So Circe leaped off the table and grabbed a very scarred and very ego-wounded boy with her and made a B-line towards a corner in the Great Hall where no one could see them.

Circe kept an iron grip on Eliphas' wrist still very much pissed that Eliphas spilled her beans about Evangeline and Tom. She stopped in the corner of the room. She yanked him forwards until he was right next to her, and pushed his shoulder down with her other hand until his ear was right next to her mouth. " You better give me an answer in five seconds of why you would tell Riddle, or I'm going to yank your pants down and show the whole population of Hogwarts your Muffin the Mule underwear." she hissed in his ear.

Eliphas turned his head to face the angry girl with a horrified expression, " you wouldn't" he tested, but he fully knew she would. Evangeline and Circe were the only ones that knew that Eliphas was practically obsessed with the Muggle T.V show. And Eliphas knew Circe would, without hesitation.

" Try me" she hissed, glaring straight into the scared boy's grey eyes.

At this moment, all Eliphas wanted to do was let the ground shallow him whole. A thing to know about Circe was, she wasn't nice. Circe was a through and through Slytherin. She was ambition and cunning, and she didn't take bullshit, from anyone. So when Eliphas or Alatar screwed up or did something purely idiotic, you wouldn't want to be around Circe Garnier.

" Okay, okay! J-just listen before you go all Circe on me" Eliphas pleaded, knowing Circe was about to explode and cause a giant scene in the Great Hall. Eliphas took a deep breath and let out the most dramatic sigh he could. " He was just staring, glaring! At me. He was getting pissed with you Merlin-awful attitude and you really think that Riddle would risk his Perfect status and top of the class reputation to fight a girl? NO! No, he wouldn't. So, who you think he would go after if we didn't give him answers? Me! That's right." Eliphas huffed. Eliphas truly thought he should be an actor, he came up with that, and was immensely proud of himself, more than he really should of been. But Eliphas also knew the reason he just gave his friend made him seem extremely selfish. And he truly couldn't tell Circe the real reason. Both Riddle and his brother has threatened Eliphas to not tell anyone about what Riddle has planned, and his group of 'friends'.

Circe's right eye seemed ti twitch at Eliphas response and if wasn't of the quick glimpse of Evangeline turning to Alatar with teary eyes of Eliphas' shoulder, Circe would have probably beat his ass right there and then. But the look on Evangeline's and the pure uncertainty and worry on Alatar's was enough for her momentary rage to leave. Circe knew that Evangeline needed both her best friend and a girl to deal with whatever Riddle had done to her.
