Chapter 7 - New boyfriend. Old friends.

"Be m-my girlfriend?"

I stared with utter shock filling my eyes, and stood for a several moments trying to process my thoughts.

"Uhmm well, yea." I said shyly then paused, "but what about Jessica?"

"Well when she tried to beat you up, I kinda broke up with her." He stated scratching the back of his head.

I blushed, "Yes."

"What?" He ask curiously

"Yes. I will be your girlfriend." I state.

Suddenly I was pushed against against a wall, seeing just two beautiful brown eyes, as a mouth crashed against my own.

"So I say, once upon a time?" I ask.

"Yup!" Mitch says chuckling.

I peck Mitch's cheek, say goodbye and sprint out the door.

Wow, better than I thought would happen. Working on a project could never be better! I Walked in friendless, and walked out with a boyfriend!

See, told you I walk. I walk to the Starbucks near by.

"Uh can I get a Carmel mocha please?" I question raising my finger, pointing to the giant list of drinks.

"That will be 3.99 please, what's your name?" The older man asks looking down at me.

"Rocky." I walk to the comfy couch, and immediately stand straight back up hearing my name.

I look at my coffee awkwardly. I turn my head, it reads Rick. Really?! Rick? How could you get my name wrong that badly? I turn around quickly ready to leave this massacre you call a coffee shop before coffee spills everywhere. And when I mean everywhere I mean, everywhere.

I scramble to the floor trying to pick up the drinks and trash remnants.

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry!" I apologize about 7 more times and hear, "You don't need to apologize! This was my fault!"

Wait, that voice was... familiar.

I look up from the floor and slowly stand, not loosing eye contact with the one stood in front of me.

My eyes were shocked to see such a person.
