Chapter 2

todoroki's pov

next morning

i woke up to my phone ringing I groaned and rolled over, I grabbed it and i saw it was aizawa.

T- hmm hello

A- hey todoroki sorry to wake you but remember we have the meeting at the court house today, get ready and meet us up in the teachers room on the top floor so we can go over the paperwork real quick.

T- oh okay give me 20 and ill be up, i need to shower and get dressed

A- alright

i hung up the phone and groaned again I rolled out of the bed and made my way to the bathroom, I turned the water on and stripped down. I took an easy 10 minute shower and got out and got dressed.

I fixed my hair and grabbed my bag, I put my phone and wallet in my pocket.

I head upstairs and i find their room.

I open the door expecting to just find aizawa.

but no I find aizawa and present mic, but they were kissing.

i laughed a bit catching their attention, they pull away and aizawa looks embarrassed, we didnt want anyone to know about this he said.

im not going to tell anyone i said.

so when you were telling me about who would get custody of me when you said you or mic you really meant you and mic didnt you?

he let out a small chuckle and nodded.

after about 30 minutes of talking and going over the paper work we decided to leave.

about 30 minutes later we pulled up to the court house and we check in and was told to wait.

we waited about ten minutes till i heard my name called I looked up and I saw fuyumi and natsou they came over i got up and they both hugged me.

aizawa mic this is my sister fuyumi and my brother natsou, I introduced them.

they got up and shook their hands when my name was called again this time by the attendant. i grabbed my bag and we all followed her to a room where the judge was waiting for us.

we all sat down there was another knock on the door and it opened and nezu walked in.

I am very sorry i am late he said as he took a seat next to aizawa.

three hours of talking showing photographs, showing scars on my body and even showing the judge my ribs, he signed the papers to release me from custody.

I felt myself smile. alright todoroki now that your being released from enji todoroki's custody are you wanting someone to pick up the custody or are you wanting to be emancipated the judge asked.

I looked over at aizawa and mic, and nodded.

I have a couple in mind that i would like to pick up custody because i dont think I'm mentally stable enough to be on my own yet. ive decided on mr shota aizawa and mr hizashi yamada I said.

the judge looked over at them and they both nodded, and the judge handed them over some papers to sign.

alright he is in your custody now but it wont be official till he has been served.

so that should be in a couple days to get the papers verified and documented. then we will send someone to serve him.

I felt a soft tear leave my eye. no one could ever make me go back to that house, no one could ever make me talk to him. I felt a slight bit of happiness in my heart.
