"You seriously don't remember the kiss? You don't think about it?" He said, looking into my eyes, trying to look for answers. His eyes were practically begging me. "You kissed me, Lake. And I thought it was a mistake, but I knew you felt something in that bathroom. If Charlie hadn't walked in I know we would've-"

"If Charlie hadn't walked in you would have what?" I heard someone say from behind Owen. My eyes glanced over Owens shoulder,  at the figure standing behind him.

Oh no...

Owen turned around quickly and backed away from me. "Charlie.." he started to say, but Charlie cut him off.

"Go on. Finish your sentence," Charlie said through gritted teeth.

"It's not what you think-" I started saying but he cut me off as well.

"You guys kissed?" Charlie said, his voice cracking. He wasn't looking at Owen. He was only looking at me, tears filling his eyes. I knew he was hurt and it broke my heart.

I watched his face turn red and his eyes go black.

My eyes went wide.

Oh no...

"Charlie..." I whispered.

"You kissed him?" the pain in his voice was evident, but he didn't look hurt at all. He look furious.

Shit, shit, shit. I had to calm him down.

"Charlie, listen man, I don't know what you heard, but I promise, it's not what you think-" Owen tried to explain as Charlie walked closer to us.

"You really do have some nerve, man," Charlie spat, interrupting him as he connected his fist with Owens face.

It all happened so fast.

Owen stumbled back from the force of the hit, but quickly caught himself.

Charlie grabbed Owen by his shirt and shoved him a couple of times until they were out of the hallway. I ran behind them, trying to get in between them. "How could you? I asked you! You lied straight to my face!" He yelled in his face.

"Charlie, let's not make a scene-" I tried to say.

"Get out of the way, Lake!" he said, grabbing my arm and pulling me out of the way.

"This isn't the way to do this!" I screamed, but it was too late. Charlie punched Owen in the face a couple more times until he fell back, bumping into a waiter, causing plates and glasses to fall on the floor and shatter.

The restaurant's quiet chatter was quickly replaced with gasps and screams.

Kenny and Jeremy rushed over to us immediately.

Charlie shook his hand a couple of times, trying to get rid of the pain.

Owen's hand immediately reached for his nose.

"Charlie!" I yelled, running over to Owen to make sure he was alright. Shit, that was a lot of blood.

"FUCK!" Charlie yelled, punching the wall.

"Is it broken?" I asked and Owen shook his head. I helped him sit down on the floor and he immediately tilted his head back. "Tilt your head forward," I said, guiding him, showing him what to do.

"What the hell is going on?" Kenny hissed at the scene we had just made.

I looked around and the entire restaurant was staring at our little show. This wasn't good.
