I lay on the root of a tree with my hat covering my eyes, and my feet out in front of me. Ever since Josie and I left we have been traveling all over ever since, but eventually we chose to settle down a bit and I bought a small cabin. It's secluded with forest all around, and a few acres so that Josie can start her garden and I can ride Prairie.

We're both very happy with how everything turned out, and I know I feel like I'm so utterly and completely in love with her. I love Josie Saltzman, and I love her in everything she is and does. I'm shaken out of my thoughts by kisses on the cheek, and I smile softly.

"Hey Jos, what's up?" I remove my hat, and lean up on my elbows to get a better look at her.

She's quiet for a bit then bites her bottom lip. I get nervous cause she only bites her lip when she's anxious.

"I want to get married like right now."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean that I want to marry you."

"I already proposed baby. That and there isn't a priest for three miles."

"Then let's go. I want to do it right now. I don't care if my mom can't be there or I don't have a dress. I don't care how far it is because I want to become Josie Lucas Mikaelson today."

I give her a gentle kiss to calm her a bit, and I sit up and move so that I'm leaning against the tree. Josie sits on my lap and leans against my chest, she leans her forehead on my shoulder then takes my hand.

"So you want to get married today?"

She nods.

"Then I guess today is the day."

She lifts her head and looks at me with her innocent brown eyes that just make me feel warm on the inside. Her hand goes to the side of my face, and pulls me close and plants a few firm kisses on my lips.

"Thank you for dealing with my crazy ideas."

"Thank you for dealing with mine. Always and Forever."

I stand up taking Josie with me she adjust my hat as I walk over to the stables to get Prairie all set. His saddle was already on so I set Josie on his back then puts the bridle in his mouth. I climb up on his back to steer him out of the stable and onto the road. I don't really push him hard anymore since I don't want to hurt him, and he is getting older so I have to pay extra attention to him.

Though we did get a mare she's Josie's horse, but she's pregnant with Prairies pony so we can't ride her till she recovers from that. Josie doesn't seem to mind though, she likes riding with me because she can hold onto my waist.

-In town-

Since moved across the country no one's even heard my name before, but they do know that Josie and I are together and yet super supportive. We talked to the priest and he said that he would be honored to marry Josie and I.

I stop Prairie in front of the church, and we knock on the door to which the priest opens it.

"Ah Hope, Josie come in."

We walk in and he walks to his office with us no far behind.

"What can I do for you today?"

He sits down in his chair.

"Well we wanted to get married right now."

"Oh. This is unexpected."

"Yeah, well all you have to do what is required and we'll do it. We don't want a big wedding or anything."
