They were teleported to the castle where everyone got to work unpacking except for jaune who drew his sword and returned to beacon he already said he wanted to return alone so he used his blade to open a portal which he walked through
He then began walking through the halls of beacon this was lunch period next was combat class so he requipped into the school uniform and went to have lunch sitting at a table alone he was using his V form so to keep people from noticing him before entering class however he reverted to his blond hair blue eyes
Went in and sat down at a corner of the room miss Goodwitch not noticing in the slightest
Class started well as sparing matches began miss Goodwitch asked for volunteers and jaune raised his hand finally noticing his return she stared at him
".....welcome back Mr jaune but are you sure you wish to fight" Goodwitch asked
"Yes professor" jaune said
"Very well do you have a particular opponent you wish to face" miss Goodwitch asked
"My sister jane" jaune said
"Miss arc" Goodwitch asked
"Fine I don't mind beating up my disappointment of a brother" jane said she really didn't mean what she said she loved her brother and she and the rest of the arc family had hoped to keep him out of harms way as she went to change into her armor jaune stood in the arena waiting
"Mr arc aren't you going to change" miss Goodwitch asked
"You'll see" jaune said
"Why haven't you changed yet" Jane asked upon her return
"Requip enkatsu" jaune chanted as he equipped the coat of midnight and the elucidater
"Any further questions" jaune asked they all shook their heads as he drew the elucidater
"I want you to record this battle and send it to my father also know this I am not fighting all out since this is my second weapon form of choice" jaune said his first being the katana and samurai armor
"Cocky much" Jane asked
"We shall see" jaune said Goodwitch began recording
"Begin" Goodwitch said jaune charged at jaune crocea mors in hand as she swung down he used the elucidater to block before using his blade to make the dark repulser appear in his hand which he used to counter attack swinging down aimed at her head
Shocked at this she barely was able to bring the shield up while still fighting the elucidater with her blade and was being pushed back jaune however swung his elucidater to the left making her get rid of her shield to avoid losing an arm jaune smiled at this
As he disengaged with his elucidater before sending down a fury of slashes at his sister who was not able to dodge and block all of them
"Stardust stream" jaune whispered as he sent swing after swing after swing at her until he saw her aura give and he stopped he didn't want to injure her
"Winner jaune...." goodwitch started
"Arc" ozpin said who emerged himself
"He has been reinstated in the arc family" ozpin said jane smiled
"you deserve it big brother welcome home" Jane said jaune nodded
"I want you out of my dorm I'm taking my team back" jaune said
"of course just let me pack and I'll head home do you want crocea mors back" Jane asked as she sheathed the sword in its shield sheath hybrid
"Why when I already have it" jaune said as his blade changed into another crocea mors as everyone looked on in shock
"They are identical down to the last detail" jaune told her she nodded
"Goodbye brother" jane said
"Goodbye sister" jaune said little did he know he was being studied by emerald mercury and cinder who could feel his overwhelming power and knew it to be greater than that of the maidens and wanting it for herself she would have to find out what power he holds and how to take it
