Chapter seventeen

Max's p.o.v

"Wake up, sleepy head!" I called Annie.

"Shut up! It's way too early to be that cheerful! Have you not slept at all?" She groaned.

"I have! That's way I'm in a good mood!" I explained while turning on the car.

"Now that, is a proper alarm sound!" She praised and I chuckled.

"Who are you talking to?" I heard a faint male voice in the background.

"Max, my photographer!" Her voice softened.

Now I was intrigued to find out what or who was the cause of that.

"Annie, please make it to the studio in thirty minutes! Love you!" I told her.

"Sure, love you, too!" And with that she ended the call.

Alex's p.o.v

"Sure, love you, too!" She hung up the phone.

Love you, too!

Who is this Max and why does she greet him in such way?

"Princess, as much as I enjoy the view, I also hate it! So, if you don't mind, put some clothes on!" I hated it because that's all I could do: watch! Her flawless back was towards me, hiding her what I assumed to be red face.

"And what if I don't want to?" She turned around revealing her red lingerie.

Fucking hell!

She looked like the devil, with fire in her veins and embers in her eyes!

And I was loving every single moment!

"You sure?" I took a few steps forward and she stepped back until she collapsed on her bed.

Jesus, this woman will kill me!

"Yes!" She smirked noticing the effect she had on me.

I carefully laid on top of her, making sure I wasn't suffocating the only woman crazy enough not to run as far away from me as humanly possible. She had once told me that she was afraid I might die because of her, but the truth is... she will!

We were fire and gasoline! We were going to be the end of one another!

As I laid on top of her, I caressed her cheeks. She had lightly parted her lips, as if inviting me for a kiss! I looked into her eyes and found confirmation on them.

Then, 'Now or Never' by Julie and The Phantoms filled the room.

It was her phone ringing.

"Why are you calling me now?" She almost moaned when my hand travelled down to her thigh.

"Just making sure you actually got up from the bed!"

"Ha ha! Very funny!"

"We will meet you there!" I said caressing her thigh with my right hand and with the other I took her phone and hung it up.

"You're playing with fire, Alex!" She stared into my eyes.

"I would love to get burned!" I pressed my lips against hers.

She wrapped her legs around me pulling me closer to her and her hands found their way to my hair. I pressed my self against her thigh, letting her know how much I craved for her!

"We need to go!" She pulled away breathlessly. Her brown eyes had turned a few shades darker filled with lust, same as mine.

"Alright!" I lifted myself off the bed and stood in front of her. "But this is far from over!"

I could hear her heavy breathing as I headed to my bedroom on the other side of the mansion.

"Hello, Xavier!" I answered my phone.

"We must talk! Immediately!"
