After escaping from the hive, I figured it would be best if we found a place to hide. We knew Kronika would find us anyway, but at least hiding will buy us time to think of an offensive against her. Jade and I, alone, won't be able to defeat her and her army. We had to ask for help.
It's a really big deal for me you know... 'Asking for help'. Everyone knows that my social skills are very questionable, and that my voice creeps out all of Outworld (Well actually D'vorah also takes the prize for this one). But still, it's very hard for me.
Of course, you may ask yourselves who's help I could possibly ask for. Well I had no choice, but turn to the Tarkatans. I could turn to my Father for help and try to find him, but he's with Kronika. So much for family huh. It hurts me to turn against my own father, but him doing Kronika's biding? He's no better than those other revenants if you ask me. And since the Tarkatans hate Shao Kahn, it'll be easier for us to gain their trust.
Jade : We're here.
We both stopped and looked at the village upon us. It's strange, it hasn't changed a bit since the last time I saw it. Jade kept looking back, like she forgot something.
Mileena : Is something wrong ?
Jade : We can't ask them for their help. Not now
Mileena : Why ?
Jade : Because of this.
Jade said that while pointing at the other Jade's body I was carrying.
Mileena : Crap.
Jade : Your plan has to wait Mileena. What if we barge in and they try to eat her? I mean... me? If she gets eaten, then she dies, and if she dies, I disappear. We have to stick to our first plan.
Jade's idea was that we head to the soul chamber, and we fuse both of Jade's bodies so that they become one.
Mileena : I don't like this idea Jade. What if you don't remember who you are right now ? Or if you lose your memories ? What if it all goes wrong and you stop existing for good ?
Jade : I know the chamber's power and how to control it. All you have to do is place both of us inside and I'll take care of the rest.
Before heading to the chamber, we had to consult with Queen Sheeva. She didn't like me, nor Shao Kahn very much. But she might listen to Jade.

Jade (Whispering) : Stay behind me and say nothing. And if she addresses you, be POLITE.
Jade : Queen Sheeva, please accord us some of your time, the fate of every single individual might be in danger.
Sheeva : Did you come in here to mock me, Revenant? And you had to bring your pet with you too?
She was of course referring to me. Good thing I had my mask on, or she would have been my next lunch. Anyways...
Jade : If you don't believe me then you might believe this.
Jade made eye contact with me : she wanted me to me to show the body to queen Sheeva. I carried the other Jade in my arms, and stepped in front, next to Revenant Jade.
Jade : Kronika is currently going after every single one of her enemies. I personally betrayed her, because she attempted to erase my existence, for declining her orders. This, is me, from the past. She is currently unconscious, which explains why I am still alive and able to talk to you. Seeing her made me realize that my death resulted in leaving the past behind me, and now I know that it was a mistake. If I fuse with my old body, then we'll have a higher chance of defeating the enemy, and she'll have nothing on me. Please queen Sheeva, help us.
I was impressed by Jade's speech. Sheeva and Jade used to have such a strong relationship. But then, Sheeva's eyes laid on me.
Sheeva : What do you have to say?
She pointed her finger at me. I paused for a moment, then...
Mileena : I'd rather die than becoming Kronika's ally. I may not be human, but if there's one thing that Jade made me realize, it's that everyone deserves a second chance in life. Proof : I am also standing in front of you right now. Queen Sheeva, we will respect your decision, whatever you choose.
Sheeva : How would I know if you're telling the truth?
Mileena : Everyone has a truth of their own, queen Sheeva. Even you. What is important is not to convince yourself if I am worthy of your trust, especially if you heard horrible things about me, which you must've. But what matters is that Jade has to be saved. And queen Sheeva, I will respect your decision, whatever you choose.
Sheeva stood up, and came down to us. Then she looked at me again.
Sheeva : Please forgive me, for calling you a dog earlier. It appears I judged you for your connection with Shao Kahn. But you're nothing like him. Jade, I approve of your request.
Mileena/Jade(Simultaneously) : Thank you Queen Sheeva.
