Aisha's POV:
We walked to the Music Society's meeting room. All the props were there and we had to check them. "Okay. Let's go box by box. Who is doing the lists? Hardil?" Alisha asked. Hardil nodded and said, "Aisha, help me." I nodded. We opened the first box and started ticking and checking if everything was in good condition. "Yaar, all these styrofoam letters are broken. What the hell?" Tara complained. We groaned. I wrote it down. "Aisha, decoration ke volunteers mil gaye?" Siddharth asked. "Haan. The Art Club is ready to help provided we help," I replied, checking off another few things. "Nahi yaar. Why should we help?" Jyugal groaned. "Because we are the organizers, Jyugal," Niu clarified. "I am not helping," he said. "Find me a few volunteers for decoration if you don't wanna help," Alisha stated. "That is Aisha's job. Why will Jyugal do it?" Darshan added. "Hey, helping the is not a huge price. We only have to help with a few things," I joined. "Like what? Paint backgrounds?" Siddharth sassed. "Haha. No. Help them fix everything to the walls and do levelling checks and small things like that. Not paint backgrounds," I laughed, sarcastically. "Yaar, uske liye bhi help chahiye?" Darshan asked, plainly. "Dude, nahi karna hai toh find us some volunteers," I shot back. "You find. That is your job," he said. "Mat karo help. Mujhe kya. I will be good and help them," Niu called from the opposite corner. "Me too," Tara, Alisha and I yelled. "Tum log itna karte ho, isliye they take you for granted," Jyugal said, disgustedly. "Bhai, tu kab se aise ho gaya? Be considerate. They do it every year," Alisha asked. "What be considerate? SO irritating," he shot. "Lazybones. All of you," Tara yelled. "Hum lazy? Tum log lazy nahi ho?" Siddharth screamed. "Nahi hai!! You don't wanna do levelling checks. That is the height of laziness. Hadd karte ho," Niu yelled back. "Fine!! Main help kar doonga. Don't yell. It is not screamfest," Darshan said. I hugged him and kissed his temple. "Main ni karunga. Manage," Jyugal said and walked out of the room. Niharika followed.
Niharika's POV:
"Jyugal," I spoke, softly, closing the door of the classroom. He looked at me. "J, look. We cannot be mean. Sweetie, we need to be good to them. I know you don't want to. Sometimes, we need to do what the other person wants to, even if we don't like to. Please, for me?" I requested sitting him down in our classroom and wrapping my arms around his neck. He did not reply. "Please," I whined, kissing his cheek. He smiled. "Okay, on one condition," he said. I raised an eyebrow. "Kiss me," he grinned. I bit my lip. Slowly moving towards him I pressed my lips to his. He kissed back softly. He slowly wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer. It was a real soft kiss. I liked that.
"Woah! Okay, woah," someone yelled. We pulled away quickly. Siddharth and Aisha. "Guys, kaam ke time pe kyun make out kar rahe ho?" Aisha asked. "Sorry na. Chal. Jyugal maan gaya," I said and we ran to the room. "I can't unsee that," Siddharth said to Aisha. She laughed and asked, "Teri girlfriend hogi tab unsee humko nahi hoga. Simple?"
Siddharth blushed. "Haaye. Tu girlfriend ke naam pe hi blush karega, to aage jaake kya hoga?" I teased. Jyugal and Aisha laughed and high-fived me. We reached the room and the others were yelling at each other. "Shut it!" Aisha yelled. "Kya hua?" I asked. "Dekh na. Hardil is still being an ass. Now he doesn't wanna be on the committee. What the f...?" Alisha yelled as Jyugal shut her mouth. "Hardil. Kya hua?" Aisha asked, calmly. Thank god the main task was done. "Idhar appreciation naam ki cheez nahi hai. What yaar?" Hardil said. Aisha walked up to him and hugged him. "Thank you," she said. He broke the hug and smiled. "It worked!" Aisha cheered. "Aur kya?" I asked. "Kuch nahi. Darshan wants to quit as well," Tara said. "Kyun?" Jyugal asked. "Yaar, jhagde ho ja rahe hain!" He whined. "This is the first fight we've had, Gabbu. We do agree on things. We're peachy. Bohot kaam hai. Ok? Sweetie, it's okay. Please don't quit," Aisha replied, hugging him from the back. He nodded, breathing heavily. "Please don't start making out," Siddharth begged. "Hey! We don't make out in front of people, nor do we make out when we have work," Aisha shot back, shooting me a wink. I blushed. "What?" Alisha asked. "Jyugal and Niharika were making out when we found them," Siddharth explained. Everyone awwed and laughed.
A/N: Hi! I have a question. Is there way too much kissing? Lemme know. And how do you like the story so far??
