Aisha's POV:

I brushed my hair as I rushed around to get ready for the date. I was really nervous. Why? I don't know. I slipped into my dress (refer image) and smiled. I loved this dress. I finished my minimal makeup and the doorbell rang. I slipped on my silver high top sneakers, grabbed my silver satchel and ran out the door. Darshan gulped. "Do I look that bad?" I laughed. "Tu mujhe marna chahti hai?" He smirked. I winked. He kissed my forehead and we sat down in the cab. "Kahan ja rahe hain, Gabbu?" I asked. "Wait and watch, Ishu," he answered. I laid my head on his shoulder and he laid his on mine. "Ishu? Tu ek baat bata. Tu har dress mein itni hot kaise lagti hai?" He asked looking at me. I shrugged.

After around 45 minutes we reached our destination. Kankaria Lake. "You like it?" Darshan asked, wrapping his arms around my waist from the back. "I love it so much. It is so beautiful. I love you, Gabbu," I whispered. I was so happy, I could cry. I turned to face him with tears running down my cheeks. He kissed my forehead and wiped my tears. We wandered around the lake for a while, reminiscing the good old days. "Ishu. Wanna go eat something?" Darshan asked. "Nah," I said. I wanted to walk around in the silence with him. He kissed my temple and nodded.

"So, here for your first date huh?" Two voices asked. We turned around. Amaira and Pratham? Together? We looked at each other and raised our eyebrows. "We're cousins. And you being together is just dreadful," Amaira explained. "So, Pratham assaults me, you try to be a goody-two-shoes and act like my friend. And then try to split us up. Well, guess what? We are not gonna split up. Either give up or die trying," I said, coolly. "Wait. Why don't you want us to together?" Darshan asked. "I am in love with Aisha. Simple," Pratham answered. "Aww. I love me too," I answered and pulled Darshan away. "Ishu, how are you so chill about it?" Darshan asked, worriedly. "I am not gonna leave the love of my life for a jackass. He doesn't love me. I know," I answered. "I am the love of your life?" He smirked as we sat down in another cab to go home. I pecked his lips and smiled. We started cracking inside jokes and tickling each other. I loved having tickle fights with him.

Around halfway home, I noticed the driver staring at me. "Gabbu, kiss me. The driver is staring at me," I whispered in Darshan's ear. He looked at the rearview mirror and smashed his lips on mine. I kissed back, closing my eyes as Darshan wrapped his arms around my waist. He bit my lip. He slid his tongue into my mouth and I smiled. We pulled away and I laid my head on his lap. "He stopped staring," Darshan whispered in my ear, pecking my neck. I smiled, slowly falling asleep.

Darshan's POV:

I looked at the driver angrily. He gulped. "Ishu, wake up. We're home," I whispered in her ear and kissed her cheek. She grunted, opening her eyes and smiling at me. We walked to her house and she pulled me inside before I turned away. She locked the door and pressed her lips to mine the second time that day. This time she kissed me really softly like she was afraid of breaking me. She pulled away a minute later and said, "Stay over tonight. Please," slowly walking upstairs.

Aisha and I laid down on her bed. She closed her eyes. I waited 15 minutes to make sure she was asleep. I moved closer to kiss her cheek, she moved and I kissed her lips. My eyes widened as she opened her eyes and smirked. Aisha pulled me closer by my shirt and pushed her lips on mine. I kissed back immediately. We sat up without detaching and she got up in my lap. I slid my fingers into her hair and she smiled into the kiss. She bit my lip and slid her tongue into my mouth. After around 2 minutes, she pulled away, kissed my forehead and flopped onto the bed like nothing ever happened.

I fell asleep in her arms, her warm, welcoming arms. I was so much in love with this girl.
