Yumis POV

I watched as Eunhei ate her ice cream in the park, smiling so much she had a hard time frowning again. I wonder what's got her so happy all of a sudden.

"What is it?" I asked her with a small smile. She looked up at me, swinging her legs on the bench. "Taetae showed me how to multiply" she proudly puffed out her chest as if she conquered the world.

I blinked, Taehyung taught my 5 year old kid to multiply when she's only in kindergarten? Is he really that good of a teacher? I had a hard time trying to teach her the alphabet let alone subtraction.

"Really? What's 3×2" I asked, raising a brow while she flinched, thinking then quickly slurping a lot of ice cream to put on the bench and count her fingers.

She counted 3 fingers 2 times and put up 6 fingers, the proud smile still on her adorable chubby face. "That much" she picked up her ice cream eating it once more.

"What's "that much"?" I teased knowing she still has a hard time remembering the right order of numbers too. "Uh...eight?? NO NO" She yelped counting her fingers again then biting her lip nervously looking at me.

"Sev-" she started but seeing me raise both brows stopped her and immediately change mid way. "SIX" She watched my reaction, hoping. "Are you sure?" I teased and she pouted, hesitant but nodded nonetheless.

"AH that's my smart baby girl!!" I hugged her tightly completely forgetting her ice cream when it fell to the ground. "MAMA!" She yelled in my chest when I squeezed her.

Letting her go I saw her stare at the deserted ice cream melting into the ground. "I'll get you another one..." I laughed rubbing her back, watching her pout at it then smile back up at me.

"Okay!" But her smile slowly fell, I also stopped watching her turn serious all of a sudden. "What's wrong?" I asked her, leaning back and stretching my poor legs.

"Why did Taetae yell then kiss you?" She asked and I swear I almost kicked myself off the bench and fall on the ice cream if it weren't for Eunhei grabbing onto my hand.

"No no you got the wrong idea. Mr.Ki- Taetae didn't kiss me. It just looked like that and he didn't yell he was just...explaining something" I acted dumb but my daughter isn't. She only narrowed her eyes at my flustered face, noticing the habit of mine where I pick under my finger nails when I lie.

"He yelled say it. What did he want you to say?" She kept interrogating me but not wanting her to know I probably made an enemy of her favorite teacher, I kept with my dumbness.

"The right answer to a problem" which isn't wrong. My picking in my nails stopped as I remembered how Taehyung wanted the answer he desperately tried to get out of me. The right answer to the problem by saying I liked him back. Then he wouldn't be tortured by me.
