HI ANYONE WHO'S STILL HERE!!! I'm back! I know, I know, no need to thank me!
I recently remembered this was a thing, came back and reread it, decided "holy shit this was awful" and now I'm going back through and editing it! I'm not gonna make any major changes, mostly just formatting and grammar, teehee. And also, there's a chapter I started but never finished, so for nostalgia's sake, I might finish it? We'll see. I'm not gonna like, fully come back and keep making more chapters, partly because Wattpad's kinda become a hellsite? But nostalgia got to me </3
It's been literal years, so I highly doubt anyone is even still here, but I'm gonna go for it anyway cause I want to! And also, some of this writing is so dogshit I feel like, for the sake of my reputation, I need to fix it sobs
So, anyone who finds this or happens to come back, enjoy the newly edited version of these chapters, teehee!
Wilson:
He was the first person you met, and you better believe he was just as surprised as you.
After being trapped in this place for... You weren't sure how long, but it had been long enough for you to build a few tools, set a small patch of trees on fire, and get attacked by the shadows (which left a large gash in your arm). How ever long you'd been there, you were excited to see another person!
You would've taken note of his odd hair, almost defying gravity, but you were a bit more preoccupied with the blood draining from the gash in your arm and the way your vision was blurring.
The two of you made eye contact, and he seemed hesitant at first, but when he saw you shaking from blood loss, he seemed to change his mind. "Good Lord, are you okay?" he asks, hurrying to your side to find the source of the bleeding. "I-I..." was all you could sputter out.
He gave a concerned look and said, "Come with me back to the camp. We can clean you up and get you something to eat to regain your strength." Before you could respond, he took you by the arm that wasn't bleeding profusely and led you, supposedly, toward his camp.
Willow:
As Wilson, he'd told you his name as he made sure you didn't pass out on the way to his camp, led you up to the source of the smoke you'd been seeing rise above the trees, and you saw a second person. Wilson called out, "Willow! I need some help!" The person by the fire turned, saw you, and asked, "What happened?" Wilson says, "I was gathering firewood when I found them. It looks like the shadows got hold of them."The woman, apparently named Willow, took your injured arm, causing you to wince. She hummed, then started rolling up your sleeve, only making you grimace again. You're eyes began watering as you bit your lip to distract you from the pain, but once your sleeve was up, it exposed the bloody mess; only the skin around the wound had turned black.
You're eyes widened as you looked at it, and Willow said, "Yeah, this definitely came from a shadow. We'll have to get them to Wickerbottom." Wilson nodded and said, "I assumed," before noticing your panicked expression. "Don't worry, this won't take long to fix," as he studied the wound. Willow says, "They'll need salve, I'll go get it," before she turns and heads towards a small group of chests.
"We need to clean the blood off before anything else," Wilson continued as he started looking around for something to clean the wound with. He almost seemed startled when, instead, he saw two children.
(I won't normally write these two together)
Wendy and Webber:
You turned to see what had startled him, and there you saw a little girl and... what the hell?! You jumped back a bit when you saw a humanoid spider creature standing beside her. The girl tilted her head a bit, and the spider creature asked, in a surprisingly small childlike voice, "Who is this?"
