"Happiness is relative" they say...
"You should be happy" they say...
"You are too young to be depressed" they say...
"You have no problems that can make someone this stressed" they say...
She doesn't have a reason to be happy for. Why can't they see that ? No one really knows what makes others happy and they know this, but they can't apply it to her. Why? Because she is still too young...
Young people have their own problems by the way. Why can't the elderly understand that?
Her family thinks she is the most secure and confident person in the whole world, but she is not. She is insecure about how she looks, how she speaks, how they feel about her and she even feels that she is a constant burden they have to carry around.
She doesn't want to be a burden and she tries to make them see this, but they don't.
She Feels stupid every second she spends with them. She feels that they all look at her as if she is a freak.
She is obese and she knows it, but do they always have to ask her when she is going to lose all that extra fat. Her hair is frizzy and not shinny, but why do they have to bring it up? She doesn't dress well and she can see this, but do they always have to tell her she has to dress better?
Why can't they just let her be?
Why can't they just accept her as she is?
Why do they always have to take away all the happiness she feels from time to time?
