" I'm just going to be straight forward-" I take a breath. "- Did my father have a brother?"
Williams eyes widens and later softens. He sighs and thinks hard. Yes" He says hesitantly.
"So it's true" I say sadly. This whole time I had a uncle that I never been told. "I do have an uncle" I breathe. My mother use to tell me that I have cousins but I never got to meet them. I don't even know if they are alive.
"that man was telling the truth" I look at William. He gives a hurt expression. " That man is indeed your uncle-" He pauses and continues. "- Your father locked him away for your safety"
"Safety?" I frown trying to understand what he means.
" Seth have been wanting to steal the throne" He says and swallows his saliva.
"So this whole time Seth was the man who was my uncle and is looking for me?" I say realising. "But I'm not on the throne anymore. He is"
"He doesn't just want the throne. He wants everything" He takes a deep breath. "Especially you"
"Me? But I don't have anything" I lift my butt, to straighten my back against the tree. William shakes his head and points to the veins on my arm.
"He wants your blood" he says. Flashbacks of him when he priced his fangs into my neck.
"What about my blood?" I ask in confusion.
"It gives him power-" he sighs and continues. I just look at him in shock. What power? What does my blood have to do with this? "-I don't know a lot of things about Seth but all I know is that, he wasn't the favourite child. He was always left behind. He was never given privileges as a kid. He was the weakest and your blood has the power your father holds"
"Who told you this?" I ask curiously. "Did you talk to Seth before?"
"No-" He pauses and takes a deep breath. "Your father told me"
"William!" Zen shouts and he turns to look at him. "I think I know where the other city is"
"Good. We will just have to start leaving after Kalee feels better" William stands up.
"W-wait I feel perfectly fine" I say and stood up. I give a smile.
"Are you sure?" He asks and I nod. "Alright then, we should leave now" My body feels like it's been refreshed, even though I still feel a little tired. That's just from the lack of blood. We pack up our things and started to head towards another city.
Seth's POV
" Your majesty" Roger barges into the hall disturbing my thoughts.
"What?" My voice echos through the hall.
" We know where the girl is" He says bringing my attention to him. "They are headed to Mosford"
"Mosford" I repeat and smirk. "We shall go there then" I jump out my throne and land on my feet In front of him. I bent down to look closer at his face. His face shivers in fear and doesn't move. This is hilarious. I hear the the door open and I straighten my back to look who just came in.
"Scarlet" I smile. Scarlet my most amazing assistant. She holds a lot of power. Her long red hair and her thirst for kill is amazing.
" Your majesty. You asked for me?" She asks.
"Yes" I breathe. "I want you to go to Mosford and kill all of her friends but bring her back here alive"
"As you wish" and with that she leaves the hall.
"There will be no escape sweetheart." I smirk as I look out the window.
Kalee's POV
Surprisingly the city wasn't far at all. It only took us an hour to get there. I think I'm getting use to walking with further distances. This city was pretty lively. A few people noticed that we are new and greeted us. They were really nice.
"I only have a bit of money left" Zen checks his bag.
" Its not a problem" William says and takes out a card.
"What's that?" I take a closer look at it. It was a wooded card that has his name carved in it. "All the people who works in the castle will have this" He says and shows the men who was selling clothes. He nods and tells us to buy anything.
"Does that mean I can buy shoes!" I exclaim
"Yes" William laughs. I jump with joy and take a look at all the shoes and clothes.
"Take some clothes as well" he says and I feel even more excited. I get to get a full makeover!! I've been wearing this clothes for a while now and a change will be good. I chose the black leather pants and a green cloth top. They let me change in the changing room that was behind the stall.
There was a mirror on there and for the first time in forever, I get to see my face. I take out my old clothes and put on the new ones. I than tie up my hair into a ponytail. I grab the boots that I found in the store and wore it. Wow never looked this good.
I walk out of the changing room. "So what do you guys think?" I smile and spin around. I look up to see, Zen with his mouth open.
"You look beautiful" I hear Zen say. I tilt head and frown. Did he just call me beautiful? Am I hearing things? I feel my face heat up.
"Wow Kalee. You look great" William smiles and nudges Zen's shoulder. He closes his mouth. "Wha- Uh yea but are you wearing those high boots so that you can look taller?" He teases.
I just smile and step on his foot. He yelps in pain. "Got a problem?" I blink my eyes at him.
"No" He gulps.
"Good" I laugh and Elizabeth surprises me with a hug.
"You look great too Beth!" I exclaim. She releases the hug and spins around in her fluffy white dress that goes to her knees.
"How about you guys?" I smile and turn to look at them.
" Don't worry. We are good" William answers.
"Oh" I say. "Wait we can just get this for free!?"
"Yea" William laughs
"How!?" I ask surprise.
Scarlet's POV
"How!?" The girl screams with excitement.
"Looks like I found her" I smirk
