chapter 9: memories

Mia couldnt process what just happened. One seccond she was smiling with her new friends and the next she was stood in the middle of the great hall with tears threatening to fall down her face. "Mia, are you okay?" Ron questioned looking at the distraught girl. Mia simply stood still. Tazzy her bestfriend, basically he sister, just ended there 3 year friendship like it was nothing, like mia ment nothing to her. "Mia?" Ron hestiantly asked. No respons. Mia couldnt stand it anymore her once stadness filled body now radiated anger, 'how dare she,' thought mia, 'how dare she?!?' Tears were now visibly streaming down the girls face, as priying eyes from other houses latched onto her to see what all the comotion was about. Mia scanned the room for a face of comfort and warmth but found none, insted she turned around and ran out of the great hall.

Memories of tazzy and herself filled mias mind as she ran from priying eyes.
There first time meeting: "hufflepuff!" Cryed the sorting hat as a small exited mia lept from the stool and walked over to the table filled with kids whereing yellow robes. As she sat herself down next to a blod haired girl , the girl turned to face her, "im tazzy ," the girl said egarly as she extended a hand for mia to shake. "Mia," mia replyed while shakeing her hand. "I can tell we are going to be good friends!" Tazzy exclamed, "the best of friends," mia added.
There first night in there dorm: "lets get this party started!!!" Tazzy cryed as she jumped on a bead, "I claim this bead by the way," Tazzy said as her head dangled off the end. "Okay, well I claim....this one!" Mia said while punching on to a bed before both girls erupted in to a fit of giggles. The door to the girls dorm swung open and two girls walked in. "Hi im poppy and this is trisha, you guys are...?"
"Im tazmin but call me tazzy only my mam calls me tazmin when im in trouble, so dont do that. And that is mia," tazzy said gesturing to mia who was hanging upside down on her bed, "hello!" mia chimmed. The girls talked for hours on end about who they were and what they liked as they sat in a circle on the floor eating sweets. "My god look at the time!" Poppy exclamed, all four girls quickly turned there attention to the clock witch dispaied the time: 5:00 am. "Helga! we will end up late for lessons in the morning!"
"It will be fine," mia said clamly, "I have potions first thing with my dad im sure her wont mind if we are a bit late right...right?"
There first lesson: "mia snape, tazzmin applebee, you are late," snape said as the two out of breath girls entered the classroom, "sorry da- I mean professor," mia stammered, "we got lost..."
"Not a problem 20 points from hufflepuff." Snape said in a bored tone like usual, "you cant do that!" Tazzy cryed, "back chatting?" Snape questioned, " a further 10 points from hufflepuff!" Tazzy scoffed at his statement refussing the urge to talk back once more infear of loosing house points as the two girls made there way overcto there table and sat down.
There first 'detention': "now I have given the whole class detention because I have yet to figure out who set off that dung bom in my lesson," proffesor sprout said, "therefore non of you will be leaving untill I find out who it was, am I clear?"
"Yes proffesor sprout," the class chorused, "good, now get to work!" The class all sat down and started working on there essays. "Pst...pst...mia!" Tazzy wistered as to not attract attention from proffeser sprout "what?" mia asked with her head down writing about the significance of a mandrace leaf, "who do you think did it... who do you think set off the dung bomb?" Tazzy inquired, "I dont know and dont care, I just want to finnish my essay and leave," mia wispered back as the two continued there work before they were both interrupte. "Tazimin, mia I see you work is looking good," proffeser sprout commented, "thank you proffeser" chimed the girls. "You two are hard working students right?"
"Yes"
"and in my house hufflepuff, correct?"
"Yes professor...?"
"Okay you may both leave," proffesor sprout said happly. "But proffesor its only been 5 minutes we are supost to be here fo-" mia was stopeed by tazzy putting her hand over mias mouth "thank you proffessor!" tazzy said as the pair left the green house. "Mia you are my best friend and I love you I do but never question when a teacher kets you out of detention early okay?"
"Okay," mia giggled.

With her memories flashing by like lightning mia didnt bother to look where she was going wich was an obvious mistake. "Omg im so sorry!" Mia sobbed while trying to compose herself talking to the 6th year slytherin, "hey no its okay, but you clearly arent," the slytherin said, "erm sorry what I meant to ask was are you okay?" She said endearingly casting her eyes on mia as she continued to cry. The only form of communication mia could use was shaking her head in fear of her words comming out as one big slur due to her crying. "Right, what happened?" The slytherin asked, "boy trubble?" Mia shook her her. "Friend drama?" Mia paused before slowly nodding her head. "Right tell you what im supost to be running quidditch practice now so how about you join me and watch us slytherins play, yeah? you do like quiddich dont you?" Mia nodded her head. While mia diddnt play quiddich herself she alwhas found the sport quite interesting and as she wanted to become a heeler when she was older she aimed to be the heeler for the holly head harpies quiddich team so she could watch her favourate team play and get to preform her dream job. The slytherin smiled at mias reaction to watch them play quidditch, she saw the twinkle in mias eyes return as if she almost forgotten her friend trouble. "Im Emily by the way, emily topp slytherin quidditch captain," she extended her hand for mia to shake, "mia sanpe," mia said as she briefly shook hands with emily and made there way down to the quidditch pitch.

A/N: i feel like i need to write authors notes at the end of each chapter but idk what to put so you get this. i swear my life isn't as eventful as other wattpad writes like they wont up-lode for a day and there dog is dead there hamster ran away they had a skydiving accident and they built a rocket or something then i spent all my time eating reading and writing lmao.
