it's now officially monday. i absolutely hate mondays well everyone does but you get the point. michelle texted me about how she wants to go to school together so we're meeting near a grocery store to get some "breakfast".
while i make my way to our meeting place i think about my weekend. nothing new happend just the usual events of mom yelling at me for coming home so late and dad trying to calm get down.
i feel my phone out of my pocket because i felt it vibrate and i see i have a message from michelle saying she's already there. i pick up my pace and when i turn the corner i see el waiting for me outside of a small shop. i run up to get and pull her in a hug. we were supposed to meet up on sunday but i couldn't sneak out so we just faced timed.
"hi love i missed you so much" el whispers in my ear.
i pull back and smile at her "i definitely missed you more"
she rolls her eyes playfully and just takes my hand as we both walk into the small shop.
"so what are you craving" she questions
"hm i think something sweet. what about you" i say turning to look at her
"i think im just gonna get something to drink, im not really hungry" i nod at what she said and we both go get everything we need.
when we start exiting the shop i open up a candy pack.
"hey guess what" michelle says
"what" i say in between chewing the candy
"first of all that's gross and yesterday tabitha made joey a bracelet because, her words," she's my favorite " she looks at me with a shocked face. i laugh loudly
" what the fuck are you laughing at? i needed to help with the bracelet and i didn't even get one" she scoffs
"come on el its okay" she gives me a pissed of look "oh come on i can make you a bracelet"
she snaps her head to me "for real?"
"of course el" she hugs me again
"oh and she wants us to give it to her" she adds
"alright that's okay and we need to meet up to finish the project anyways"
we reach the school faster then expected and we have like twenty minutes of free time.
just as im about to text joey asking where she is michelle taps on my shoulder and gestures to joey coming in the school. i nod back at her and we start walking up to joey whos stopped at her locker.
"hey new bestie" i say walking up behind her scaring her a bit
"jesus don't scare me like that" to that she receive a look from the two teacher's in the hall. she snorts and i start laughing. michelle gives me look this time
"what are you looking at" i ask playfully
she just shakes her head and turns to joey's
"okay so hi" joey's gives her a weird smile
"hi?" she asks questioning why michelle said it like that
"so tabitha wanted me to give you this" she says giving joey the colorful bracelet
"she's so cute what the fuck" joey says as she puts the bracket around her hand
"can you give her a thank you from me" joey asks turning her head to michelle
"of course" michelle smiles
"alrigh well i have to go to a class but we should talk about when we're gonna finish the project" me and joey nod at what she said
"well good luck in class" i add when she starts walking away and joey waves slightly
she just gives us a smile
i turn back to look at joey and see her already looking at me
